The property was large and had many facilities available for use including a grocery store and several pools.
Our air conditioner did not work and while we were given a new room with a better air conditioner, it would have been nice to not deal with such a hassle overall.

we had a group of guesses making a lot of noise past the curfew hours (10pm) in the swimming pool. I contacted the lobby to complain and after 20 minutes they stooped

Even though facilities aren’t very new, rooms get cleaned and washed every day. Safe place to stay. Staff is very helpful, although you will need at least basic spanish knowledge or translator on the phone to get around.

Free pools and tagada, big rooms and a kitchen. Warm water, I guess, and a minimarket inside.
Slow and unstable wifi, dirty pools, mexicans listening to music till late in the pools, a bad position. If you don't wanna walk a lot to see the good parts of Acapulco, this isn't for you folks. It's like in the suburbs, so watch out. And, it's not possible to give only a pan and a pot, for three people.

There was noise from a party in the hotel in the middle of the night , the pictures are misleading of the elegance of the place
