The Location was excellent, the staff were spot on even with a slight language barrier they bent over backwards to help us. The Hotel was on a busy intersection which was handy for the colourful local busses to take you to other beaches. It was a busy Hotel so don't expect complete silence but all the comings and goings added to the fun. The buffet restaurant serves a great array of different foods.

I suppose some people will be disappointed that the Hotel has seen better days but it is very comfortable, the sliding door to the balcony came of its rails and was annoying to jiggle open, the patchup job on the tiles around the taps on the sink didn't look good.

On my experience, I love everything my room the people, the beaches everything I really recommended

All the construction is all around, but it is natural is part of hurricane happens a year ago still working on the building is still working around The whole town

Breakfast was more than great! Enjoyed it. Location was even better. The view from my 3rd floor ocean view was perfect.

The hotel allowed outside guests to pay a fee to use the hotel amenities. By the time we went down below to the beach. The area was taken with guest with different color wrist bands. The pool was filled to capacity and the water looked toxic. We didn’t even enjoy the pool because the water was so bad. No control as to the amount of people in the water. Also had the security guard asking for money to take care of our stuff but we saw no need. He kept hounding me to give him money. Ultimately he got fired while we were still there.

When we arrived at our room it was smelling very bad, the strong odor was coming from the bathroom. I told them we would like to switch rooms, but they refused. Later on, they sent someone to clean the bathroom which helped. The pool was filthy, very disgusting. They put us on the first floor facing the (filthy) pool, where there were people yelling and the hotel was playing very loud music. The bathroom and the floor were poorly cleaned. The reception called on the room phone which seemed never to have been cleaned. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The beach at the front was packed, which made it impossible to stay, we had to drive very far to another beach. One out of the 2 nights we stayed we couldn't sleep with people playing very loud music on the beach until 3AM. Parking is not connected to the hotel, you need to call someone to take you to pick up your car and also to park it. The area around the hotel is not nice, the streets are dirty and sewage running in open air.
