Location was unbeatable for the price, staff were helpful and room was very clean. Pool was also very clean which isn't always the case in Mexico. I was very happy overall and will return next time in Acapulco!

fan in room 39 was under-powered, something was wrong with the electrical unit on it and it wasnt spinning fast enough to cool the room down. Was only there one nigh so I didn't complain. but it gets very hot in Aca so its important to fix. Otherwise it is an amazing value for the location, highly recommend!

The price of The room was super cheap. The hotel is 2 stars and it met my challenge of a room with fan only, and no air conditioning. This is my first hotel in Acapulco on my travels in Mexico. Coming from England I found the heat of 32c degrees extraordinary. There is a pool at the front in the car park area. 2 beaches very close by. The nearest one a few mins away in an alcove with great views from the hill to the beach and across the sea. The further one is 10 mins walk with a hive of activity from bars and food stalls to local iced drinks and ice cream mobiles. From the beach you will see Yachts and boats in the distance about 10/15 mins walk away. I love this part of the bay as you can walk along the beach front for miles and the views are stunning. Plenty of local shops near to hotel for food and ice cold drinks plus restaurants opposite. A fantastic location for those on a budget with beaches galore and not forgetting the local crazy bus that goes along the bay for miles for a bargain 10 Peso.

When I arrived there was no reservation in my name. This I have since found is because some hotels only accept payment upon arrival which means the hotel could be full when you arrive and you have to look elsewhere. F.A.O. Booking.com...you need to stop advertising these such hotels.

There was no air conditioned, wen I asked, they told me, my reservation was with out air air conditioned.

As much as I want to give this hotel a positive review, I find it difficult. The only thing is, it's walking distance to the famous cliff divers with excellent views, and the friendly staff. Nice tiny local beach close by with excellent food and drinks (a quarter of this beach is very dirty and polluted though) Close to Oxxo and another convenience store. If you're on a budget, it might be an ok place. Quite far from the main drag as well.

Where do I start... As other travellers said, it's HOT in the room. The fan doesn't really work. Then, many tour buses park in front of the hotel. When I was there one bus kept on running the engine for 2 hours right in front of my room. At 11:³⁰ at night I went outside and asked the driver to switch the engine off . He was very friendly though, having a party with his friend inside the bus (probably not the hotel's fault though). There are better budget places close by.
