Everything, room was clean, ample and new. Location was great, close to amazing taco place and a super market. The pool was lovely, it had an area with sand near the pool, which my 4 year old loved. Room service was great, fair warning, the portions are Huge but the prices are reasonable. It also has the beach club service, which we fully took advantage as we spent the day there and even ate fresh fish, food was delicious. We will go back, my recommendation is DO NOT take the All inclusive package as Acapulco has a lot of places you can eat well.

The only nuissance was the check in, it was a little slow but I think that the girl was in the middle of her training.

Excellent location near airport. Excellent restaurants with high-quality food and great customer service. The hotel property was beautiful and enjoyable to walk through with many sculptures and fountains. Had the feeling of a fine European Italian resort.

The room was smaller than expected. Very noisy hotel, with noisy guests in room next to us as well as above us, loud noisy people in the hallways and our room was above a bar area with loud music in the evening not as relaxing and as enjoyable as we hoped. Not near beach or ocean views. No beach area or access. Not close to anything with in walking distance.

I loved the level of safety and security of the resort, I felt safe at all times. I loved the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, their customer service was excellent! I really liked the room because it was clean and comfortable, and it was nicely decorated and designed. I really liked the number of pools and the swim-up bars, we got to try a different pool every day. I liked the buffets they had available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food was good. I liked the ease of the shuttle to the beach and the pool and restaurant at the beach, plus the service was excellent! I liked the bartenders and the delicious drinks they made, they were all very attentive too.

I didn't like that my all-inclusive benefits didn't start until 1:00pm on my day of arrival despite my arrival being at 7:00am. I didn't like that they didn't have 24 hour access to food. The food at the restaurants was just okay. I didn't like that the main pool in the family friendly area was dirty likely due to the debris from the nearby construction (though this will resolve once construction at their new restaurant is done).

WE LIKE THE ROOM, WE LIKED IT IS CLEAN, SERVICE IS GOOD AND EXPEDITE. THEY CLEAN THE ROOM EARLY AND ALWAYS GOT A FAST RESPONSE. THE BELL BOY SERVICE ATTENTIVE. WE LIKED THE POOLS AND JACUZZI.

THE FACT THAT IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE BEACH. NO OCEAN VIEW. ALSO WE HAVE TO BE TAKEN TO THE BEACH IN BUS TRANSPORT. THE BUS HAS NO SIGNS OF CAUTION.

Beautiful hotel, really nice and clean. Good service. Rooms big, nice, cozy and clean. good breakfast. Beutiful and clean pools. Great service on the pool.

Far from the city center. Long line to wait for check in, check out and for a breakfast or dinner. There is a transfer to the beach and from the beach, but it's quite far.

The staff was super !! Jaime and Helme in the restaurantYudia in the lobby bar could notask for better service.

I was with my cousins three in a room upon an arrive there were on only two towels not enough hangers or luggage racks the safe didn't. worked the small refrigerator was old and rusty and housekeeping staff did not replenish toilet paper coffee etc had to call down to front desk also every day.

Staff is extremely well trained to handle Issues. Ms.Laura from Concierge helped us a lot with few minor issues which we had in the room.

Though there is a beach club , the Hotel doesn't have a beach access directly

I loved all the food, drinks and service. The room was very clean with everything I could possibly need. The pool area was a delight, the hotel staff were attentive and very polite.

I didn't like the lack of activities when the weather was bad, they didn't have any planned activities or entertainment for their guests. This is somthing that needs to be improved.

People staff friendly very friendly I would like to make a comment about a young man named Emilio Santiago what impressed me about this young man is that he let us know it was his first day and he made are staying amazing the young lady at the check-in counter Yvonne was her name I did not catch her last name but both members of staff made are you staying very awesome yes I will come back again and I will spread the word with all my friends here thank you

Is was not clean well the sugar for coffee ☕ was not enough the water, I paid for four people and towels only for 2 people

If the facility clean better shower not clean have mold this is not good for my lungs I can have respiratory problems. Las llaves del agua y de las toallas no estaban limpias y SE supone q es uno hotel 5estrellas nesesitan estar limpias y brillantes y no estaban.
