It was clean and the room was nice

Disappointment ... There wasn't even complimentary coffee ... What hotel doesn't offer their guest at least coffee and water. When I asked the girl was rude about me asking about the coffee. I paid for the coffee which was extremely watered down.

Helpful friendly staff

I brought a 40foot bus and parking was in the street, however; night watchman was very helpful about parking it where he could keep a close watch.

The room was what we expected. The beds were comfortable and they had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I think the highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The food was really tasty and in a good temperature. Some family members also ordered from the menu and the breakfast was very well served. The staff in general were polite, on exception of the person in the parking lot cabin. On a side note, make sure they mark your parking lot ticket in the lobby to avoid being charged.

Upon our arrival, the person in the parking lot cabin was VERY rude when we first arrived and asked him to approach for indications on whether that was the right entrance (You can either enter by the Hotel One that is right next, or by the basement parking, which is where the rude guy was). That definitely gave us a bad impression right from our arrival to the hotel. Another unpleasant thing regarding the room is that before check-out we checked under the beds to make sure we weren't leaving anything behind, and we found a white sock that wasn't ours. That gave us the impression that the room hadn't been properly cleaned.

Good breakfast, people always helpful.
