- Initial Cleaning was not so good, after we were in the room they cleaned properly - Bathroom - shower pressure & sink faucet (too short to be able to wash hands properly) - Lamp above sofa broken - Elevators - only one for the whole „beach front“ building and very small (same elevator for staff and guests, meaning the cleaning ladies with their trolleys)

There is almost nothing to complain about this place. Everything is better than expected. All staff is super warm and friendly, like they legitimately care for you. Facilities are great. Food is great, drinks are great. All.

Only 2 things, the gym is a little small, sometimes it gets crowded in the morning and the fact SPA is not included in the All inclusive plan.

Great facilities with amazing views. Food is mostly good. Internet runs fast. Beds were comfortable. Most of the staff treats you well.

When we arrive, bell boys promise to bring our baggage to our rooms but that never happen. We had to do it on our own. At the beach, the guy in charge of the umbrellas ignore us. We had to take an umbrella on our own. We had an incident in the disco with a drunk guy (a guest) doing pervert things like taking off his clothes and even touching some women in there. There was nobody taking control of the situation. It could be better if they have a way to manage such things.

Great hotel in an excellent location for family vacations. This was our second visit, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The food selection is fantastic, the entertainment team did a wonderful job, and the staff overall made great efforts to ensure our comfort. I’d like to recognize the outstanding work of Jesus, who was the most attentive waiter during our stay.

Construction work next to the hotel caused some noise and dust. The waiters in the restaurant are sometimes overloaded, making it difficult to get their attention.

The resort is nice, more family oriented with kids. Their rooms are comfortable and clean, nice view from the balcony, service is great. I really enjoyed their art acitivity making ornament with beads. The ocean was beautiful with clear water. The guys who work at the beach are very nice, they bring you sun beds, table and umbrella.

I did not like that they have some VIP area and were trying to sell their membership. Also, their shows were boring and disco club had no one in there, maybe due to the weddings that almost every day are on the deck patio area so majority of crowd is there. The beach has more like black sand, but nice and soft.

The pool needs remodeling . Towels need to be replaced . The elevators were not working at the pool and the others need mauntenance no fan

We noticed the property/ rooms needed some TLC. Bathroom fan not working/ plug in bathtub not working. Cupboard where the safety box was would not stay closed. Twice we went to the steak house restaurant for short ribs and they didn’t have any. Should take reservations for that restaurant

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly. This a great hotel I highly recommend it for families. My 7 year old and 3 year old loved it. The kids club is full of amazing activities, my daughter was there from the time they opened until they closed.

What I didn’t like is that the hotel promotes having restaurants to make reservations but they only allowed a very small number of people to make reservations. Both restaurants we went to we’re almost empty and why you try making a reservations it tells you they they are completely booked.

The Staff was exceptional with all are our requests. Some stood out like Zyan for going to the pharmacy off site and Amando who was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The housekeeping Staff where so helpful also, Fabian who was delightful and was very entertaining and Carlos at reception. We had a wonderful Christmas thanks to all the Staff there.

We did feel pressure from some to buy into the club we understood they were doing their job. When we needed something done, they did what we asked which is what we wanted this is not a negative because we liked it so much.

Clean beach; many activities in the hotel; good buffet with a great variety of food

Insects and crabs crawling everywhere; kids club never maintained the promised schedule of activities and could close early with a short notice
