The room was comfortable, although I wasn't expecting the "step up" to use the bathroom. Since I had to use the air conditioner, the light from it was a perfect night light. The bed was comfortable. I liked that it was walking distance to the beach, but I also made use of the pool. Since it was an "adult only" hotel, it was nice to relax without children running around and playing. It was peaceful! The staff were all super nice and did their best to accommodate my needs. Although I speak some Spanish, they were appreciative and understanding if I had to switch to English.

I liked more than I disliked.

We upgraded to a balcony room, highly recommended.

The Beach. Been to PV and Mexico 20+ times and unfortunatley its neither relaxing or pleasurable. Entering the water it is extremely rocky. The biggest issue I have is the relentless number of vendors which is endless. Every 2 minutes somebody is approaching you and it just gets to be too much. It's out of control. The first Beach Club to offer "vendor free" I'm in. For this reason, if you want a relaxing time on the Beach this is not the place.

Our room was a little crowded for this stay. I thought I requested a king bed but ended up getting two queens. Limited space for suitcases etc.Two straight back chairs were placed in the entry way by the door to enter the room , and were facing the door. You could not see into the area where the beds were, so basically you would be seeing only the back of the door. Not our favorite room there. Also there was no window looking out at the courtyard, only a small window behind the mimi refrigerator that looked onto a wall, I guess. I never looked out of it. We have stayed there other times and were very satisfied with our room, etc.

We really like the pool area and the staff at the snack bar was exception. The rest of the staff was very good also. The place was kept very clean.

The only problem in the snack area was that the women bathroom air conditioner was linking all over the toilet and was not fixed the whole week we were there. Also the rooms had a odor of mildew and it would help if there was a ceiling fan to keep the air flow better but otherwise a very pleasant stay and price was right for that area.

It’s on a quiet dead end a block away from all the action. Nice rooftop with a pool and snack bar.

It’s a mild dislike, but very typical of traditional Mexican hotels - our bedroom has little window/ventilation. The AC was fine, but no air exchange (split system unit). The only window opened into the internal court. A few street-facing units had windows.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Rooftop swimming pool was excellent even though it was in a L shape!

The electricity shuts down now and then but it did come back on after a minute or so. The room does not have a window. I purposely chose a room that was a bit more expensive and a bit bigger in size as there were several types to choose from, I thought I picked the most expensive in the list so it would have a window, but it still didn’t. The reception said the rooms either come with no window or it has a balcony! I think Booking.com needs to be more specific in detailing the rooms.

I liked the Mexican feeling of the hotel and the staff was very friendly and nice. I didn’t have any problems with the noise from the bars around the area and the hotel is down the street from the pier. There’s a really good restaurant called Cafe de Olla around the corner that’s really good

The rooms could have been a little more spacious but it still good

Beautiful building with a comfortable bed and room. Very nice staff and the access to the other two Arcos hotels (pools, beach chairs) was a fantastic bonus. The rooftop pool and lounge area had great views of the city. I'd definitely stay again!

As someone else noted, my bathroom was on the small side but it served the purpose - plenty of hot water.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Elizabeth the concierge was so helpful with any of my questions made my stay very pleasant. Joel at the front desk made checking in and out extremely easy and answered all my questions. The roof top pool and snack bar was a relaxing place to unwind any time of the day. I felt extremely safe being a solo traveler.

I liked everything about it.

I loved the location and the staff especially Angeles was very helpful and made our stay special.

We didn’t have water for a few hours when we first got there. There was never room at the pool all lounge chairs are taken by towels even if people aren’t using them .
