Wonderful Private villa. Only 11 guest rooms total Spacious room. Nice cozy, soft, King Bed. Views are excellent Very quiet - peaceful Fun beaches only 15 minute water taxi away with lots of food and drink

No restaurant or bar - although one is soon coming No night life in that area. No bars, just small local places to eat. Only 10-15 minute taxi to restaurants No breakfast

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. A nice boutique hotel overlooking the little town of Boca de Tomatlan. Our main reason for visiting was to explore the little town, but also to do the hike to Las Animas. (Did it twice.) It's also fairly close to the botanical gardens, by car or bus. The hotel and room were great. The overall facility (pools, hot tub, deck) were also great. Not a problem for us, but note the hotel doesn't have resort services, like waiters running around serving drinks. It's much more quiet, which we enjoyed. There is an onsite kitchen that served a very nice breakfast. The little town has a handful of restaurants and corner stores.

Bring cash. No ATMs or banks anywhere close to this town.

The hotel is beautiful, but we were looking at the romantic zone in Puerto vallarta. I booked it in a hurry. Only to find out afterwards that it was a 25 min cab ride out of town. With no option to cancel . Very disappointing 😞.

We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary, and that night just before 4 we went to have dinner there as they told us we could, as it was our anniversary. The waitress told us the chef had already cleaned the kitchen and no longer was cooking. At about 8pm a big cruise boat showed up across from the hotel with a very loud rave like drunken party with Lazer light that ended at 6am. Only to find out it was every Saturday night.

This is a one of a kind property. I feel lucky to have found it on Booking.com. it exceeded my expectations. The quality of the venue is well above most. Very friendly helpful fun staff and owners who take pride in their product. The architecture is phenomenal, the quality of everything is impeccable.

The hot tub was luke warm.

Property exceeded my expectations everywhere. We requested extra chairs for our deck and they were delivered within an hour. We loved watching the little village come alive every morning as they prepared for tourist, loaded and unloaded small boats etc. The pools and hot tub were awesome and provided a beautiful setting to watch ocean. We were very pleased with how room was set up. There was 55" TV with many choices. The quality of construction and furnishings were all very impressive. We are around 70 and walked to village everyday multiple times without issue. The staff and people in town were very friendly.

There is loud live music on Sat nights, but it ended before midnight. We actually enjoyed it and closed our door when we had had enough. There was construction next door, but the noise ultimately was not bad. Only loud for short burst a few times during the day.

Beautiful home/hotel. nothing was spared when this was built - outstanding construction. view from our room was beautiful,large windows wide open, so relaxing. short walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean. staff welcoming and ready to help.

Only a few comments. As there is no restaurant or bar on the property, little things like a bottle opener, wine glasses and perhaps a bit of cutlery would be a nice touch. Guests should be notified at time of booking that restaurants in town close by 6:00p and there is zero food available. We managed to pick up some bread, cheese and bananas….that was our dinner! That is really the only negative.

The view is incredible, the whole place was very clean and the staff was excellent.

We like everything, but folks who are looking for a mini Puerta Vallarta won’t find it in Boca. It is truly a Mexican fishing village- which we think is charming. Very different that the tourist cattle call 20 miles up the highway.

Excellent except elevator is broken and 1000 stairs up or down. Very hard with luggage or food and drinks

Everything the beauty makes you forget the stairs and you just do it. Amazing wifi easy to work from suite

Gorgeous view of the fishing village from the Presidential suite. Swimming pool was clean & welcoming after a long day’s hike. Don Felipe & Doña Marta were friendly, helpful & professional.

No restaurant or bar, but it’s a short walk to Boca beach for food.
