The views were amazing and the service was lovely. It's located in a quieter part of town which is nice, and it's a short walk to a small, cute beach.

The only window in our room looked out to a common space so we had to have the drapes drawn the whole time (no natural light!). The pool was a little cool for this time of year and they might have been a little low on staff for the holidays.

the Maxwell concierge service was good at recommending ways to get items we wanted but didn't offer to arrange for them. I also wanted a massage with a male masseuse in the spa and the concierge told me to check through the lobby. I thought the 2. businesses were aligned so I wouldn't need to do that. I never got a massage. I also wanted to get a bottle of alcohol and they told me to use Rappi.... I'm not Mexican so it would have been nice for the concierge to arrange. Housekeeping was very friendly as well.

Exceptional staff and top-notch service as always with Maxwell. The amenities at Indah are outstanding—you truly get the luxury of hotel service while enjoying the comfort and privacy of an apartment. The views are breathtaking, the common areas are beautifully maintained, and the food is delicious.

The apartment itself is stunning, and we did enjoy our 2-night stay. However, for the price we paid, the cleanliness wasn't up to the standard we expected. There were items left in the washer and dryer, and they were even left running, as if expecting us to handle it. It felt like the cleaning was rushed, possibly between reservations. While it didn’t significantly affect our short stay, a bit more attention to detail would have made the experience even better.

The property was incredibly! Absolutely gorgeous lobby, gym, two infinity pools, and the lounge chairs were great! The room was enormous! The beds were so soft and comfortable! The staff were beyond helpful! I loved that they would text with us to make sure things were going well. Also I have to note that the staff all went above and beyond to help my friend who lost her wallet in a cab. Because of their work we were able to get it back! Quite the miracle! They were helping and checking in even after we had left the property! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the staff! So grateful we were there when it happened!

My only real complaint was there wasn’t enough lighting in the bathroom to do your makeup. Also the location is a little bit of a hike to get to Zona Romántica.

We loved the ocean view from our room. Our place had everything we could possibly need: a full size kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was incredible. We loved that there was a gym and spa and a rooftop pool that was accessible until 2 am.

The massage offered in the spa was less than ideal. We could have just gotten unlucky with the masseuse that day.

Outstanding amenities. Clean accommodations. But the staff is what really makes this place super special. Diana, Xavier, Katia, Gustavo, Lucy, Paula, Christian….I’m so sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone. These beautiful and wonderful people, many of them “patas saladas” became our friends over a period of only 6 days. We will be rebooking this same location again very soon.

Leaving was terrible. Only because we were sad to say “hasta la próxima vez”.

Loved the 2 infinity pools especially the rooftop pool with amazing views. We also loved that there were 2 restaurants onsite, one at each pool. The 3rd floor restaurant offers breakfast and lunch and the rooftop restaurant offers lunch and dinner plus a full bar. Both were reasonably priced and had plenty of options. The location to the closest beach is a short but steep walk down a cobblestone street from the lobby. At the end of the street there are beautiful, rocky beaches just to the south that are mostly private and fun to explore. Or to the north you can walk along the rocky coast to Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone. It’s a little tricky in some spots, stairs and rocks, but we enjoyed the exercise and it’s not very far. Maybe 10 minutes. You can also take a short taxi or Uber ride. Uber is less expensive. Our unit (12B) was gorgeous, very spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked, very clean and had amazing views from the balcony. Beds and furniture were comfortable and we loved that we could play our own music throughout the unit using an app. We also appreciated that the water purification and filtration system allowed us to drink the water from the refrigerator and provided clean ice! We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the unit just because the onsite restaurant was so convenient and reasonable and there are so many wonderful restaurants close by in town. The concierge does offer a private chef option but we preferred to dine out. The concierge can make reservations for you, but I found it just as easy to use my OpenTable app which listed all of the upscale restaurants we wanted to go to. One downside was that the phone in our unit didn’t work to order room service. Apparently all of the phones were “down” during our stay. But for us this wasn’t a huge deal. Maxwell Residences offers concierge texting and a website to assist you with excursions, in room services, anything you might need.

Loved the staff at the concierge, bar, restaurant and pool, they were exceptional. Made us feel welcomed, always helpful, happy and nice. They weee excellent. GREAT customer service.

The AC inside the room was not good the last two days. The second to last day our room did not get cleaned nor did we get fresh towels. Loved the room the only thing I would add would be a long mirror in the room so you could fully see your outfit.

It was beautiful the aesthetic was so nice. Service was great they kept everything clean always cleaning and so kind,. The concierge handled everything food at the restaurants was good beyond my expectations. The sunsets here were so beautiful my friend cried will def come back here

Food was excellent, and reasonable compared to restaurants in the romantica zone. staff very friendly and helpful, pools were wonderful. Very clean

Parts of hotel still under construction. Ads misleading as did not have a view. Not sure if the view rooms were available to stay in.
