Location and friendly staff and good tenants all around the property. Not bad clean pool. Quiet area. Most rooms had own laundry. Decent value for the money.

Beds(mattresses) and kitchen cabinets need to be updated. 25 years old I was told. We checked out 3 different rooms and all are missing a few items such as spoons, wine glasses, kettle etc. Very small work space in all three kitchens.

There could have been some essentials left for us to use, like dish soap and a small amount of clothes soap, paper towels, dish towels and a hair dryer. A working safe in room would be nice too.

Location was excellent can walk down to the beach, 5min, and to the restaurant area 6-7min. Is more of a condo building than a hotel, it is quiet place, good to relax. It is in the area for LGTBQ community, for reference.

Building needs more maintenance in the outdoors, other than it is a really good option.

Spacious rooms, full kitchenette, great location - just 3 min to the beach with a beautiful view and 10 min to the Malecon, quite and peaceful, everyday cleaning, very friendly and helpful personnel. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this place to stay.

Check in was difficult

The location was perfect, with a sea view and within very short walking distance of the beach. It was also close enough to the main nightlife area as well as other shops and restaurants.

The staff, while friendly enough, were not always available or communicative. This was made worse by the fact that we had to be let in and out of the property, which sometimes meant waiting to go on our way.
