Location, the actual condo, washer, dryer and iron with iron board, having a decent size kitchen, decent cleanliness.

It was advertised as a courtyard view. There was no courtyard, we were on the first floor facing the narrow opening to the street and on the other side, a big wall. So, we ended up sitting by the big wall as the other one side had no privacy, whatsoever. The TV had only public channels (very limited) and the first one had to be completely replaced. The kitchen didn’t have a frying pan and, upon request, we were provided with a very old, beat up one. The second cleaning was so, so… These are all small details, but considering the price and fabulous pictures, should be better.

Convenience, the shower (shower fixture, water pressure, water temperature), view, the daytime reception woman (so nice and helpful ) (give her a raise)

Water! Each unit should have one of the water dispenser that you put the big bottle on. We had to go buy a 10 liter jug and Haul it over from the grocery mart. TV remotes were a little confusing notebook referred to one as larger and one as smaller, and they seemed about the same size. The dipping pool was nice, glad it was heated but it's so small it would be better if it was just a hot tub.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was so comfortable and roomy. Everything looks brand new. The patio and ocean view from the room was a treat. We loved the location - right in Zona Romantica but just a block or two away where it was quiet. It’s also just a block over from the southern end of Los Muertos beach. We would highly recommend!

Great location, close to everything in Zona Romantica, but just slightly away from the busiest area so we got a sense of being outside of the chaos while still being a very short walk away. The view from our balcony was stunning as was the view from the rooftop. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.

The pool was lovely though more of a small soaking pool that could only accommodate a 4-5 people at a time.

We loved being close enough to restaurants and the beach but far enough from the traffic noise. Very peaceful sitting on the balcony. Staff was great!!

We would have liked finding some coffee/cream/ sugar, which there was none of and some hand soap in the kitchen. For the price we paid this should have been supplied especially since there was a coffee maker in the kitchen.

Good Location, right behind Blue Chairs on Amapas. Kitchen and washer and dryer were great. Enjoyed being able to relax in the "pool" on the top floor. The view was excellent and the facilities on the roof were very nice. Deli/market about a block away on Amapas. Great pre made deli sandwiches and everything you might need. Close to many restaurants.

The steepness of Amapas road is bad. If you are older or have mobility issues, this may not be the right location. Wish our patio had a view of the ocean but you could go to the roof.

Property was close to the beach had a great roof top with the pool. Very nicely designed and had everything you need inside the suite.

Very nice and clean. fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware. While we didn’t do much cooking it was really great having a kitchen to make cocktails and reheat leftover food from restaurants. We also stocked up the fridge with bottled water and basic goods from the local market. the location was great. walkable to everything.

Unfortunately the level we were on had no view. Any kind of view would have been a plus.

The small quiet hotel is in a great location in Old Town / Romantica Zone, with very easy access to the beach, the delicious food carts, restaurants and bars, while being very peaceful. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony and also from the rooftop pool. Our apartment had everything you could need and was very spacious. The reception staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Really, everything was perfect.
