The staff was so kind, specially Cassandra, so friendly, joyful and willing to help. Best receptionist ever in the world. Good location, plenty attractions and subway stations just few blocks away.

They must to improve the communal areas, and the mattresses, please guys. We need real beds. Not easy traveling and sleeping on those surf boards.

Whole property was clean and tidy, staff super friendly, excellent location, close to everywhere, recommend to everyone

I like the simplicity of this place, it has very strong backpacker vibes. It's also quite spacious, with lots of places to mingle and relax.

Could be more organized and cleaner in general. Beds and other furniture are all very old.

The bathrooms weren't really clean, especially the toilets The pillow was a bit thin for my liking Not once, but twice I came back to someone else in my bed (positive note, they solves it bith times)

Staff helped to resolve an issue with my booking quickly. Large space with a lot of potential with a few fixes.

Upgrade the lights to something more comfortable and warm feeling. Currently they're a very distasteful 80s office vibe. Large dorm room needs a better fan or ventilation. The kitchen has odd hours it's closed on different days. I have no idea why.

Location was great!!

People inside tje hostel were getting sick something like a flu, noticed that housekeeping was only changing bedsheets but not the blanket where sick people were sleeping, I also got the flu, only artificial ventilation

good central & safe location, super attentive staff (especially the night-turn guy with the glasses - thanks a lot! :-) ), clean and quiet space. no breakfast, but there is a kitchen though

The taxis were charinging a lot of money ..the UBER works better for me ..

My husband and I met here 10 years ago, and we came back here together after getting married! We were happy to find this hostal now and stay here together! Also we found the stay was more comfortable than 10 years ago!

Arrival was late night (0200 AM) and since the front desk is 24/7, no issues

Beds were noisy and a little bit uncomfortable. Totally worth it for the price tho
