Comfortable hotel. Not fancy but clean, the restaurant is very good and all staff are friendly. Not all rooms have AC. Air conditioned rooms are only the executive rooms. I thought all the rooms had AC but when we arrived our room did not have AC. They informed me that I didn't have an executive room but they quickly found a new room with AC and I paid a little more for the difference. I also had to extend my reservation and they easily added an extra day for the same rate as the rest of my days :)

The sink did not drain quickly and I told them about it when we left so hopefully they fixed it. I wished the hotel bar was open. They have a small bar area but is closed. It would be perfect if it was running to have a night cap each night.

Excellent location, beautiful old building, helpful staff & well located. Also quite good value for the room & has character. Rooms clean.

The building struggles because of it's age, you might see a big cockroach in the communal staff (but that's normal in old open plan buildings) & breakfast isn't included (although it's cheap). Beds are a bit hard & air con aging.

Great location , breakfast is very good , the staff are friendly and our bed was comfortable . Simple hotel but clean .

Our hair dryer did not work but within an hour the staff moved us to another room . I wish their hotel bar would open . We have stayed 3 times and we have never seen the bar open .

Very quiet, close to the main square, clean...it's an older hotel but we'll take care of...the parking was the biggest issue for us. We have a large truck and needed secure parking...this was excellent!!!

I go to morelia at least 4 times a year and i have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for the past 5 years, great location, great price, clean and comfortable. I will always go back to this hotel no question 👍🏼

Showers are a little small for my liking but i just prefer large showers 🤷🏽‍♂️

Cleaning staff was too loud. We tried to sleep thru the jetlag and could hear the moving furniture, laughing and calling to eachother down the halls.

The hotel was nice, hacienda like, it has parking, the rooms were clean. Close to centro histórico we walk to the catedral. They offer tours.
