The bathrooms are nicely renovated. If you want to make coffee, ask for a packet at the front desk. We loved the location--some might find it a bit sketchy--but we felt quite confident and walked south 10 blocks to the commercial center, the city is alive with commerce, and you can step into the huge cool Basilica for a respite from the sun.

The staff was very accommodating,respectful and knowledgeable on new and different restaurants we weren't familiar with even though we come to the city often. All the staff was vigilant and helpful in every way truly a great stay.

It was a clean spacious room

The lack of English speaking and understanding front desk, after advertising of such. I also had to come back the next day to retrieve a phone charger I’d left behind. Using my translation app I asked if my phone charger was recovered. Instead of looking in lost and found, or seeing notes entered into the room, he brought me to the room, not once but twice to intrude and interrupt the guest that rented in the room. Waiting 1+ hours for the day manager to arrive, I was given my charger. The night manager even tried to convince me I didn’t leave it there. I held my ground knowing I had. Alls well that ends well.

We booked this hotel for its location for a very short stay. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast starting at 8 am was very good in an ample dining area. Mercado Juarez proximity was a plus.

All the staff were exceptional- from house keeping to the frost desk. The restaurant staff was very efficient, courteous and friendly. They were very busy at times, but still managed to pay attention to all customers. Very impressed. Common areas were very clean. We felt very safe, in the neighborhood, all the time

I like how close it was to everywhere. We went to PalNorte festival and it was an amazing trip.

The cleaning was only until 10am we had to ask for cleaning service everyday.

Good room for the money.

No gates on car park. No security. Bad neighbourhood so would have been more relaxed about my car in the parking area.

It would have been nice to have a full breakfast. And coffee and teas in the lobby

Everthing was good exelente service except the shower had to wait a little bit to get hot water cuz I was on the second floor, everything else was very good
