The staff are attentive and very welcoming. The parking underground is a plus, rather than parking on the street. Room service is available and the food is great. The room I stayed in is clean with ambient space. Breakfast here is delicious and filling to get your day started. The corridor outside is very beautiful with table and seating next to a fountain.

The main corridor is beautiful at night but it could use brighter lighting to its current lights

The restroom was not good, and the beds were hard

the location was absolutely perfect to the metro and el centro locations in monterrey. nothing was more than a 5 minute walk away, including the bus station and the metro station for monterrey. you can get anywhere in the city from here via uber in minutes.

i put that i was planning for more guests. my friend from out of town was rejected in the lobby, and he didn't have a phone to contact me. when he came back, and i told the front desk my room was for two, they said it wasn't - yet i paid extra for it. a very basic bar of soap and barely any shampoo in my room either. bring your own toiletries.

good for staying near the bus station and train station. other than that, nothing to fancy. everything is around the hotel, even though it's in slightly a shady area. but it works out

bring your own soap and stuff. booked for two and the receptionist didnt' allow my friend to enter when he got to the hotel.

This hotel very much exceeds in it's service to customers. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and has a restaurant. Hotel facilities work fine. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive to questions and requests.
