1) the food is excellent 2) private pools and the main pool are cool 3) restaurant personnel 4) the room! Great sleep with the crushing waves and birds sounds, also a bose speaker 5) few guests 6) had a one night stay, it is not enough!

1) check out personnel, pretty unfriendly 2) location is to be considered: the road is not an easy trip, especially at night times and from Oaxaca 3) insects, no fumigation 4) photos of the room (expectations): cactus and the ocean view from the pool is expected but in reality it is jungle-like now 5) ocean is not good for swimming (might be seasonal)

exceptional location and beach. it is important to know that you might not be able to swim. it has the location of a exceptional 5 star property. very cute beach also. breakfeast was good.

rooms are open, therefore there is no closure to outside, especially when it comes to temperature. pool in the room and main pool was not very clean. service at beach is very slow as it seems it was a little understaffed. cleanliness in the room on the surface was good. when trying to chase off a bat we got on top of some furniture, it is evident that the room was not cleaned at the “non visible” places for a long time. many animal feeces etc. its nothing we want to criticise to hard as this hotel and the rooms are a little bit like camping in the nature. but it is important for the guests to know

can’t do better than this hotel. right on the beach, beautifully designed, great food, wonderful staff.

we stayed here a few years ago and it was about 2/3 or 1/2 the price it is now. post covid everything is more expensive, but it’s starting to get to that point where it’s just a bit *too* expensive to justify.

Breakfasts were good . The inclusive food in the evenings however was pretty variable . A first night meal was never matched Ingredients after this didn’t seem the best or freshest , and the chef’s skills seemed questionable Luckily we had a car rental and found some great lunch spots along the coast For the price, I think the kitchen needs to step up considerably The rooms can get breezy at night too due to design - ensure you find the quilt in the wardrobe

Beautiful setting by the beach and SO tranquil. Great sunsets in particular. The bungalow was tasteful and very clean. We even had a small private pool outside our room. Delicious food for dinner included with the room. The staff were all hugely attentive and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is very remote! Great for relaxation but a bit limiting after a while as you are 45-50 mins from Puerto Escondido and there is nothing in the vicinity. We stayed closer to Puerto Escondido afterwards which was a welcome contrast. The included breakfast was very simple - just cereal, fruit and yoghurt which was nice but not extravagant.

The room was perfect, a lot of privacy and a private pool. No issues with noise or sunlight during the morning. AC worked perfectly and breakfast was delicious, had Huevos Escondido don't miss on them!

Ocean front. Amazing pool. Great food. Relaxing.

We had to request maintenance a few times. Road to hotel terrible. Need to recommend better surf instructor.

This place is paradise and I want to go again soon. The food and the ambience of the hotel is just perfect.

The lack of maintenance in the rooms and. bicycles. Also, the beach service really sucks. And then there is this change of shifts by which you need to pay all your bills and then open a new one with the new waiter, it doesn't make any sense at all! Maybe the owners are too busy with the opening of Terrestre!
