amazing location next to the coolest street of Puerto (besides La Punta) super simple rooms, with amazing view, the pictures they have aren’t updated (!) great set up, playa del coral is beautiful staff is very friendly

Location is wonderful, beautiful, quiet, very nice.

The bed was terrible. I could not sleep. It was very hard and there were springs on the surface. I had injured shoulders. I need somewhat of a soft top bed.

Good location, private beach down a very steep road, about 10 min walk. Good size rooms with aircondition. Restaurants 3 min drive away.

Not much to like about it. There were a group of us staying in four rooms. Three of the rooms were OK with good aircon and nice sheets. One room had terrible sheets and smelt of poo. The beach had a kitschy kind of post apocalyptic feel to it.

Too far away from anything else, facilities were grubby and run down. Staff refused to call a doctor or a taxi when we needed to leave because one of us was very ill. Dreadful value for money considering what else is available. It's sad because clearly the new management is trying to make things better, doing renovations and improvements, but they need to reduce the price accordingly.

Nothing. It was a total disappointment. Pictures are so deceiving. The place is a dump. Full of garbage within sight of the lobby, rooms, everywhere. People passing thru to a hostel smoking weed and constantly passing. The hotel charges them. $50 pesos to go thru the property.

Nothing at all. The pictures are totally wrong. Maybe the place was good many years ago, but now it is awful. It is a total scam. Dirty starting in the lobby and keeping dirty througtout the whole place. The pool had green algae and super dirty water. We stayed 1 night and the bedding had to be changed because it was totally stained with huge yellow stains that looked like urine. We're waiting for a refund g. We are totally dissatisfied and disappointed with Booking.com with this rental. We have used Booking.com for many years and now we are seriously considering options. Not sure how to share photos. Otherwise I would.
