Excellent hotel! We loved everything about it, it’s always clean, they always have someone available at the front desk 24/7, extremely safe and organized, all staff are super kind, and the rooms are spacious and are even equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge in case you want to store some restaurant leftovers! Not to mention the location could not be more perfect, the centro and Chahue beach are both walking distance and it’s right behind Chedraui in case you want some groceries or need a quick cheap snack.

The internet could be a little better, it was almost non existent at some times.

The location was fantastic, across the grocery store, lots of cabs going by, can walk to the main "downtown" area (15 mins) or can take a cab for $40. We liked that the whole unit was clean. Had a full kitchen, etc. the beds were comfy, there was an outdoor place to hang up your wet clothes/swimsuits, it was great, really. Pool was great, staff was friendly.

The AC in one of the bedrooms in our unit was not working well (it was more acting like a fan rather than an AC, not blowing cold air). It wasn't the end of the world, we asked them to fix it, they tried but it didn't really improve. That was a very minor thing but that's really the only thing we didn't like.

Its always Clean and well maintained property. I’ve been there before and I noticed they Hired more staff to keep up with demand it seems. Lucy Great as always. Its been a couple years since I last been there. She is still a great person. Last time I was at jaroje I stayed a month in this place. And I went back to this place because of the Fantastic experience I had last time. Thank you Jaroje. And Thank Rolando for great Management. Marco A.

Location, walking distance to two beaches, walking distance to La Crucetia. Very clean rooms, quiet location, nice clean pool. Not busy. Good security on site 24 hours and gate closed at night. Good AC. Good Wifi. Lots of cabs in La Crucetia with posted rates to each of the beach areas. Closest beaches are Santa Cruz and Chachue. Also just 2 km to Playa Tejon. Quiet and not busy. Just note there is construction near Playa Tejon beach so could be noisy.

this property was very well run and the cheerful staff made it so enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to keep it clean and answered our questions, the pool was fantastic after a day of exploring this beautiful area of Mexico. the proximity to beaches, downtown la Cruceceita and the supermarket across the street and abundance of great restaurants within walking distance made our stay terrific. we would definitely recommend JAROJE for a short or long stay.

Great location, excellent kitchen area with extra outdoor seating. Couldn't have been happier for an extended stay! Housekeeping came every other day, which was nice.

Bathroom was a little small? But it worked out fine.

Great quiet location. 15 minute walk to most places. Always taxis available. The staff are awesome!!! We were in a hotel room, Had a fridge, microwave etc. Lovely big pool.

Great location behind the main supermarket with taxis never far away. The loft was spacious, well-equipped with some fantastic air-con. Wonderful service and fantastic pool. Would 100% return.

very open community by the pool. pool was spotless. grounds were immaculate. we had the hotel studio room. So nice to have a small fridge & microwave.

the beds are too hard & I awoke with a sore back every day. The pillows are too large & hurt my neck. I had to use 2 towels in a pillowcase instead.
