Great location, great staff, very convenient, great value for money. Nice hotel, clean in general. Nice thick walls that prevent intra room noise.

Some noise on the hallways too early. Bad smell from sewage. Some hair on the bathroom walls. Rooms a bit dark with view to a wall. Breakfast a bit too expensive for the offering which is in the greasy side. Terrible TV sound. Nothing too serious in general but a few things like this that it fixed would have been spot on.

Everything was awesome and beyond my expectations. Price Considering the facilities and the location, I would think the price would be way more expensive. I paid less than what I budgeted. Location This hotel is not downtown Queretaro, but it is quite close. In my case, for the purpose of my trip, the location was perfect. Some places that are around the hotel: IMSS, Plaza Galerías (this is a mall), Cinépolis (movie theatre) and plenty of restaurants. Parking When you arrive to the hotel, there is room for you to park and safely unload your stuff, there is people that can help with this too. They have valet parking, but you can also park your car yourself. There are plenty of spots, and it's roofed so you won't get get and your car won't be under the sun. The parking lot is connected to the building and secure. Desk The check-in process was pretty fast, and the personnel were very nice. Special needs Every area of the hotel has ramps and elevators, so there are no constraints for wheelchairs, which is awesome. Room We got a room with two double beds and it was pretty spacious. It was my mom and I, unfortunately, we don't know how to travel lightly, but we didn't feel crowded at all. The room we got had view to the garden and it was very pretty. Extra points for: having a full-size mirror, a desk and chair in case you bring your laptop, USB ports and outlets in the middle of both beds, having a light aside from the night lamps, iron table and iron, hairdryer in the bathroom, kleenex. Pool We didn't get in the pool, but it was very clean. Garden Definitely one of the best parts of the hotel is the garden, they have a variety of plants and they take good care of it. Restaurant They are open from 7 am to 11 pm Mon - Fri and 8 am to 11 pm Sat - Sun. For breakfast have two options: buffet or menu. We got the buffet and the food was pretty tasty, great price.

Pool was great. It is the right size and there are plenty of tables/chair/loungers for a large number of guests. The food was good, particularly the weekend buffet.

There was an issue charging things the room because my room account was "closed out" at check-in. It just meant I had to put drinks/food at the hotel on a card instead of charging to the room. Weird, but not a deal breaker.

Good location, staff all friendly and helpful, clean and nice pool setting. Room was clean, bed comfy and quiet.

The room actually had a fridge which is rare to find in Mexico, however fridge had an odd odor and when we placed our drinks and leftovers in there, that foul smell penetrated the drinks and food, we had to throw away.

Friendly staff, very well kept property and upgrading constantly. I've stayed here on multiple visits. It's a great value for this level of facility. It's a comfortable hotel and clean. Also showers are easy to control temperature with excellent water flow.

A few times the work being done was loud but nothing too disturbing. The noise did wake me up on two previous occasions. Nothing sticks out as, "bad" to me.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden areas, pool was small but heated which was great to be able to swim early before leaving. Little playground very convenient for family with kids. Rooms were very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The security manager was very kind and courteous, always making sure we have everything we need.

Little feedback, front desk agents could explained a little bit better about the hotel amenities, such as timing and location for the pool and breakfast, as well as explaining about the pool towels. Other than that, everything was great. An amazing stay.

Plaza Camelinas is a very nice hotel, with very clean and spacious rooms and a very nice garden and pool area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food in the restaurant is delicious. They do have free off street parking on site and AC.

The place is a bit dated and needs some paint and newer pool towels, but it does not take away from the pleasant experience.

It was a surprise to see the size of the property, huge. The garden is a gem. And for sure the parking, it is plenty.

It’s seems it is an old hotel but they are working hard to refresh it. So I assume that it will take some time to complete it, but even so, it is a good hotel

Very nice hotel to stay at. The facilities were nice, the pool was nice, and the king-sized bed. Close to a mall.

The room had nice views however the windows were dirty. The prices at the restaurant were expensive. The receptionists were careless About 20 min drive from the center of the city
