Location was perfect!

Employees were not friendly. I was quoted $667.07 by Booking.com & BSEA charged me $688.97 and would not adjust!

The location and view are awesome.

I think guests would rather know that there are 2 sets of stairs inside the room since we brought my mother in law and it was difficult for her to access the kitchen and terrace. It was not shown in the photos nor description before booking the suite and we got disappointed.

View was the best from the room and balcony. You step in the balcony and can see the ocean in all its colourful magnificence. The room had a mini fridge and a mini kitchenette. It had a microwave and some crockeries. Bed was comfortable and clean. Not sure why people have left some negative comments. The security was a bit too much, but I guess its a condo building so thus there is more scrutiny at the gate every time you enter or leave.

Being in hotel zone you dont have many restaurants nearby, so either have to eat in the only one in the premise, go some distance to eat out or order. Also at checkout you will need some 15 mins before they check everything in the room and then refund your deposit.

Location was awesome, staff was friendly, price was great, loved the pool and the rooms were cozy and clean.

Great location, close to playa delfines and across the street from an excellent ceviche restaurant, el galeón del caribe. The small market has a good selection of beverages, snacks, and toiletries you may need. The pool was good-sized and next to a restaurant/bar where my mojito was excellent. The option of a room with 3 beds was important to my family with 2 teenagers.

I would have preferred the tv be in the room with the table and kitchenette to accommodate different sleeping times. The entire hotel is well worn but very clean and worth the price

Unobstructed beautiful view of the open ocean directly from the balcony of the room. The pool was big. Beach access within 1 minute of walking distance from the hotel. Room was super clean and specious. Staff was super friendly too and speaks English.

The hallways looked old and shabby.

The view was absolutely fantastic, aircon was doing a very good job keeping us cool in the room, king size bed with perfect mattress very good value for the money despite the overall condition of the room cold do with some refurb. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On your arrival you will be offered tours to various locations, like chichen-itza and isla mujeres. Do recommend booking with hotel as they will organise it very well for you but make sure you book with Javier and avoid lady called Mariah as she tried to rip us off big time. For the price you wont find a better place to stay, we were happy as we only used the room to sleep otherwise we've been out all day.

The restaurant. Expensive, food is nothing special and small portions. Staff not the kindest and yet they do like to get tips. They do have two card machines and they keep trying to use one that dont work to get you pay with cash. Make sure you keeping eye on your card as they did charge me twice on one occasion, when I show them the transactions in my bank app they did a refund. Would like to eat there more offten because of the convenience but we've been better off calling uber and visit other restaurants.

Cancun plaza is a family hotel in the hotel zone. Our room had ocean front views. We had a little kitchen with small dining area overlooking the pool and the beach.

The beds were a bit smaller than they appear in the picture. We especially didnt like the ambush selling by the Guest Info personnel. We just checked in after a long day of travelling. Eventhough we tried telling her that we wanted to think more about what she was offering, she was so adamant that we had to get it. So pushy. Later that night, I checked on the activity’s website. They actually have a deal. We could have bought the tickets with the Captain Hook’s 29th Anniversary Promo at $128 USD, instead of paying almost $300 USD through the hotel.🤦🏻‍♀️

I can't really fault it. For the price it's been amazing when you compare it to the price of the neighbouring hotels. If you're picky and complain about walls not being super straight it's not a hotel for you. It's clean and simple
