We liked the room with beautiful garden view ,the air conditioner and the phone didnt work , after two days, they changed our room to one better with ocean and garden view but the air conditioner didn't work neither. They couldn't fix it and they moved to Dreams to very nice room with access to all the restaurants. The room was spectacular but we liked the Sunset Garden view better. In addition they gave us two free massages and 2 days refund. Samuel Correa, Carlos Camargo and Karina Vazquez the Managers did a great effort to try to maintain us happy .

Facility is great, we enjoyed the kayak and snorkeling gear. Sunsets there are amazing, all staff was very friendly

We didn’t like that s soon as we walked on property you have sales people trying disguised as bell men trying to lock you in on a modified time share style sales pitch for the next day. They promised us discounts for swimming with dolphins for in exchange of a 90 min presentation. The presentation ended up being over 3hrs and they wanted to lock us in for 70k USD for a certain amount of vacations over the next 20-30 years. No way I was going to allow that and I left there feeling like I wasted precious vacation time.

The room/suite was absolutely beautiful with an unbelievable ocean view. Everything was quite clean. And the staff was so attentive. We also in Joy the food. There were lots of choices. And so that made it a unique and wonderful experience with that beautiful ocean.

I booked the room on the late afternoon of December 30, you have plenty of rooms open and available. I was charged $887 for one night the night of December 31. And checked out early the next morning. I was told by the receptionist in one of your sister properties and in the property I was staying in that the rooms go for about 250. So I was really mad at my travel agent, and I think she's going to lose all my business. She went out of her way to tell me that she did not scam me. But I really don't know what to believe, why you would charge so much to my travel agent which I had to pay.

I love how close everything was and friendly the staff was, also how clean they try to maintain the property with the large amounts of people that are in the property. Food was great and all the events that took place daily. Really good vibes overall.

Can’t complain overall was a great experience, very friendly, clean and secure place. The dinners could be a bit more organized as some places aren’t open but overall they have a quick turnaround time.

Fantastic location right on the beach! Had the most beautiful sundowns. Extremely friendly and serviceminded staff. Great food and really appreciated the great coffee at the cafe. Good drinks at the bar. Spotless clean rooms, pool and common area. Great evening entertainment. My kids enjoyed the pool, the tabletennis and the snackbar. And the oldest loved the beachvolley games. We enjoyed every minute - thank-you to Sunscape Sabor!

The room and the porch was small. Door to bathroom could not cloes properly. Safe not working. A few recommendations for improvements: - a drinks menu card would be very nice. Need inspiration on what to drink both with and without alcohol - would be nice with fresh fruit juices for breakfast - the tabletennis net should be fixed and a couple of new bats would be nice - allow bigger children in the restaurant for "adults only" - music for evening entertainment was one evening too aloud when trying to enjoy the food at the restaurant

I loved the beach, very well kept. I had seen so many negative reviews of this place, but I enjoyed my stay. Staff was great, food was acceptable, not French Cuisine, but good and plenty of it.

The shower water at night was not that warm like in the morning, and night was a little cold but not freezing.

It’s a small property, which was nice. Easy to get around, limited options for food is the only thing. A la Carte option every meal though, not just buffet. The beach bar is awesome and this resort is part of/owned by the 2 surrounding resorts (secrets and dreams). The beach is nice to walk, with the secrets pier. To enter the ocean is tough, it’s mostly a rocky bottom. The water is nice until you get a south wind then no ability to snorkel as it is very shallow and mucks up easily. The rooms were nice and mostly clean (was cleaned better during our stay each day than when we initially arrived). Good stay

The beach was amazing. You could use some facilities of the resort attached (dreams). The resort itself is small and cosy and they have a lot of staff which makes it easy to keep everything tight and clean

Food. There are no healthy snack options, also not pre-packed snacks like crackers or cookies. Either u sit in the restaurant a la carte (where kids will always eat fries or nuggets) or fries and hot dogs.

The ocean front view was incredible. The beach was clean, snorkeling was amazing, as well as the kyaking. The staff were very kind.

The Tiki bar's music was too loud. The wait time for dinner was long unless it was a buffet style. The food itself was incredible at the Sunny Side, but there could be bigger proportions.

Major upgrade to the old section of Sunscape. This is likely why all the complaints about construction was talked about in previous posts. Sunscape is good deal for a “cheap” but beautiful getaway with the family. Secrets is definitely nicer and you have better selections and amenities (especially better alcohol). Dreams… well I was stunned by the renovations and beautiful rooms. Impressive renovations, excellent food and service (at Dreams and Secrets). The manager Karina is always working hard to meet customer needs and accommodate to all guest requests. I’ve seen her move from Sunscape to Secrets and now Dreams. Everywhere she goes, she does amazing work and has the staff under control. I have no doubt that she will have this property running smoothly very soon. Still, no complaints, she just runs a tight ship and is starting a new resort from scratch. The bell boys at all 3 resorts (Dreams, Sunscape, and Secrets) are awesome snd deserve a promotion. Definitely coming back!

Lack of lounge chairs on the beach. By far biggest complaint. Bar tender at Tortuga had a bad attitude and made poor drinks. Just got the feeling he didn’t like serving drinks to tourists. Poured mane of his drinks down the drain.
