The property is beautiful and lush with lots of plants and birdsong. I loved opening the doors to my covered balcony each morning and awakening to nature’s beauty. the beds were comfortable, the room spacious and very clean. and the shower in the washroom had a lot of natural light. The bamboo lounge chairs by the pool were exceptionally comfortable. It was in a great location close to groceries and a short walk into town along the water. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and hospitable.

This is more of a preference. I would have enjoyed having my own kitchen rather than using a shared one. That being said it worked out better than expected.

Felt like a colonial jungle village with a good mix of bungalows and apartments. We had a suite with a private pool fenced by high bamboo. Cleaning was well above expectations, as the service in general. Lots of sunbeds and chairs in common pool areas. Safe, not much noise from traffic etc.

Not criticism, just advice: For us, living in the room next to the shared kitchen where families with lots of young children made breakfast and other meals + dishing up.. a bit noisy. Chose a bungalow if you think you will be bothered. Also for us, Scandinavian couple +50, it took a day to relax. We are not used to having small lizards, occasionally visiting. But as our neighbors calmed us, they stay closed to the ceiling and never bothered us. After 2 days we really started to enjoy staying here.

Room was big and comfortable. The pool and garden areas are even better than what pictures show. The shared kitchen is well equipped and clean. The neighborhood is super quiet and chill, and there are a few great eateries, hidden gems away from the tourist center.

Be aware that the place is relatively far from the center, about a 20 minute walk. I didn't care because I liked walking and exploring the neighborhood on my way to the center and then I would just take a cheap taxi back. But if you don't enjoy walking and don't have your own transport, you may not enjoy the place.

spacious apartments, big comfy bed, nice bungalows with hammocks, clean rooms, aircon works well, two pools, very friendly staff, wifi worked very well, cutest dogs on the property, was not very busy so we had lots of privacy, it’s a 15 min walk from the city but there is a super market close by and it’s nice and quiet

i really liked this place and would def recommend staying here but there are a few things that can be improved: shower was either boiling hot or cold - we said something to the staff about it but they weren’t able to fix it, fresh beach towels were almost always dirty, laundry service at the hotel is very expensive (20USD vs. 5USD at the local laundry place), no proper curtains in the room so it gets quite bright early in the morning, not a lot of sun at the pools in the afternoons, mostly shady especially where the loungers are, on the map it looks close to the ocean but it’s not actually close to a beach as most beaches on that side of the island are private and you need to pay to get access to it

When we were moved to a different room, we were quite content with the space. The beds were comfortable. The staff moved all of our stuff for us, which was appreciated. The kitchenette was adequate for making our breakfast each morning. The resident dogs were adorable and mostly well-trained to not come into the unit when the door was opened. The small pool area was quiet and had comfy seating. The grounds were lush and beautiful. We appreciated the security of the locked gates. Great little restaurant on the corner with a plentiful breakfast for $9.

The first unit we were checked into was cramped and depressing and up a steep flight of stairs with almost no hot water in the shower--plain white walls and no living room space. We were moved to a lower-level unit that was spacious, with plentiful hot water in the shower and the wi-fi worked better as long as we were on the porch outside. No seating in the front room, just a third bed, but we sat outside most of the time. We were able to watch a movie on our laptop on the bed in the front room, but not in the bedroom. The wifi is spotty, as in most of the country.

We stayed for just one night and enjoyed it very much. The apartments are in a nice lush garden with many birds. We loved the jungle like feeling of the tropical garden. It's very quiet and you sleep well. The bathrooms are very stylish. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the two pools and playing with the four rescue dogs. There is no breakfast at the accommodation but there are plenty of options nearby.

Our apartment was on the ground level and it had narrow windows so it was a little dark. Then again it's great if you only want to sleep there.

The place including the balcony, shared kitchen, pool, garden and the common areas were super tidy and clean. Staff were around all day being busy, making it a pleasure to enjoy the entire property. The free very good coffee and coffeemaker in the room, the little fridge to store some food in it, the free water from the dispenser in the kitchen. The beautiful garden with all the birds, butterflies, lizards and all the things that belong into it. The rescue dogs saying hello on their daily round. Two super markets relatively close to property, otherwise about 30 minutes walk to centre of village. On that walk you pass loads of places to eat, drink or shop. Loads of choice to go for dinners. The walk was safe and pleasant, if you like to walk a bit.

There is a wardrobe in the very big room, but the little fridge restricts access to most of it and also there were no hangers or a shelf in the main part of it. This left you with just a few small shelfs, one had the safe in it. We stayed for a week and would have liked to unpack a bit. There was a problem with the shower one morning, awful smell - but it was fixed by the end of the day. Just saying, as we didn't mind - there is no hot water in the shower.

It’s a little jungle paradise in Cozumel, rather close to the city center, a cab drive costs $4, or it’s a 15 minutes walk. we loved our room, it was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable! we had a private pool attached to the room and I highly recommend it - it was really wonderful having it just for us. it was cleaned and filtered every day. We also enjoyed having a shared kitchen to store drinks or make breakfast. We even made a dinner ones, as we had all amenities for that. The owners and the stuff were kind and responsive. It’s very private and secluded, so we had a feeling we had the whole property for us only.

The internet signal was not ideal sometimes, but that was alright. At the times we were staying there, they were constructing something just above us, and didn’t let us know in advance. However, when I approached them, they made sure that there was no loud construction at the times we were at the hotel, only when we were out. I felt like every issue could be easily addressed and solved with the owners. So, that’s actually a very good thing.

Room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There are pools and a deck with a roof to enjoy takeout or cooked meals, a kitchen, parking space,.. The facilities are great! It's very close to a big supermarket (Chedraui). The host is very nice. Highly recommend!

The host has multiple - very cute and friendly - dogs. This might be an issue for some. It's a bit outside of the city center, but that can be a good thing if you're looking for a calm accomodation.

Lovely property with a little garden, pool, and community area. Our room was very spacious, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed spending the evenings on our little balcony. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful.

The location of the property is around a 15-20 min walk from the main square. So either be prepared to walk back and forth a lot or think about renting a bicycle or moto. However, being a little outside of the centro also has its perks: no loud music at night and absolute tranquility.
