Property was exceptional, food was amazing for the price, amenities were perfect, everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. It really have 5* experience.

Would have been nicer to have bars open a little longer (other than the sports bar which hadn’t a great vibe). The sports bar was fine, it opened till 1am.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The room was a good size and the bed was good sized. A good choice of restaurants for dinner. The beach is really nice as well as adult pool. We didn't visit the family pool.

Reservations for dinner need to be improved as it is chaotic and I don't really want to keep thinking I need to go back to the service desk to book for another two nights. Then we visited and we were allowed to book in for 2 nights every time we went. (From what I read it varies based on capacity). The pool is really nice and has good service and a swim up bar, but the water is just too warm for July It felt like going into a bath, so we spent more time on the beach.

The food and all the diversity of restaurants. Mauricio and Nora were great since we had the Mordomo service that really helped since we went with a 2 month old baby. We loved all restaurants but specially the Union. The kids club is also great with a lot of activities for the kids . The cots for the babies by the pool were a great commodity. Staff that gived support by the pool with drinks etc also amazing.

We had to wait more than 3 hours for our room to be ready. Some of the activities are not listed at their app so always better to confirm what are the activities for the day.

My five year old had the best vacation. This place was perfect for kids from our perspective. The kids camp was awesome and the water slides and pools. The private beach was super manageable. I highly recommend getting a cabana at the beach and going between there and the pool. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to say yes and make our stay awesome.

They are new and learning the ropes. Food and drink took a long time to arrive, but hey, it’s paradise. They did a lot of programming but I took me a while to figure out what was happening and when and where.

The hotel is very good, with plenty of amenities for adults and kids. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurants were also very good.

The main flaw of the hotel is that it lacks a buffet for the dinner service. You must make reservations, with a representative, for the restaurants or need to try without reservations or at a sports bar. Having reservations forced several times to leave the pool or the beach at times when we would have stayed longer.

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. The drinks are perfectly made by mixologists and every premium alcohol brand is all inclusive. The personalised workout classes is a must! We are going back this coming weekend just because the experience was so exceptional. Well Done SLS Playa Mujeres👌🏼

Wow! Just wow. This was the absolute best all inclusive resort I have ever been to. Most all inclusives Are terrible. This one… AMAZING! I have been to 32 different countries and this was top tier. FABULOUS FOOD! 5 star dining. Rooms are beautiful. Everyone is there to please. It was great! I will definitely be returning! Make dinner reservations. Kids had an amazing time. Water park was on the beach. Massages and hair braiding on beach as well.

We loved this resort! Family oriented! Clean, welcoming, beautiful design.

That the girls from kids club were not able to babysit my son at the evening hours. My son loved the teachers from kids club and we felt comfortable leaving him with them in the evening. But it was against the rules. We didn’t want the teachers / babysitters from outside.

The breakfast was excellent! The Italian restaurant was the best for supper! The service was friendly, the atmosphere was great and the activities were fun.

There could’ve been an adult movie after the children’s movie, they could’ve had a shopping expeditions, and the supper reservations should be done through an app as an option.

great facility, adult area separate from the family area, for families there are multiple options throughout the day to have fun with the kids. there's also a kid and teenager club for them to do activities during the day. multiple options of food for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner...
