The place is beautiful, calm, super kind staff, nice beds, all the facilities you could need.

You get a bunch of keys for your cabin as well as for the bathrooms. However the locks are… not that great. So we had some problems with the lock of our cabin, as well as with the lock to enter the bathroom. Luckily they fixed it super quickly (they let us move to another cabin and removed the bathroom lock lol), but only that was a bit inconvenient.

Property right on Beach, View was amazing. Loved the Location. Beach so clean and beautiful, protected by Seaweed barrier. I hired a bike from the property and I enjoyed riding the coast rode. Staff were so helpful and the room was cleaned everyday and towels and sheets changed everyday. The property provided soap, shampoo and shower gel.

There was no water glasses in the room. The icing on the cake would have been a fridge and kettle in the room. I found out that there was a water boiler in the reception area that guests could use, so I could get my cup of tea in the morning.

I stayed in the mini cabanas for about 1 week. Having lived in and traveled through the eastern coast of Mexico, this location is by far one of my favorites of all time! Staying in The cabanas was a great new experience for me!! The cabanas are seemingly the most private rooms on the property. They sit right across from the beautiful beach club & beach. I could see the beauty, smell the freshness, and hear the ocean from my porch. The town is fairly quiet and small, with a little action from the cruise ships every once in a while. Miguel works the front desk of the Blue Kay, and he was one of the highlights of my stay. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He even helped me extend my stay when I messed up my booking online. His customer service is phenomenal! Even when he wasn't feeling 100% well, he was still so pleasant and gave better customer service than one could ask for! I absolutely love the property, I loved the people there, and enjoyed everything about the town. I will ALWAYS stay at Blue Kay!!!

The cabanas are fine, fan, socket, light, mosquito net and bed, you know they’re tiny, you’ve read the reviews. Great location on the beach. Staff all helpful. Showers surprisingly good despite appearances. Shared bathroom fine, think toilet block in a campsite.

A few comments; given it’s an ‘eco’ place there’s an awful lot of lights on all night, do you really need them? Also, for those in a cabana, likely on a budget, a shared fridge would be nice. Eating on the beachfront is expensive - we managed on a mix and match with the places around the bus station which were great, the mini supermarkets and the travel kettle!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel that completely exceeded my expectations. My partner and I stayed in a charming cabin that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, which created the perfect romantic ambiance for our trip. We spent many evenings sitting on the porch, watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant served delicious meals that were made from fresh, local ingredients, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also had a range of activities available, including kayaking and hiking, which allowed us to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It provided the perfect mix of romance, relaxation, and adventure, and I look forward to returning in the future. If you are looking for a truly special getaway, then this hotel is the perfect choice.

Checkin and out were amazing - fast, easy, efficient There was HOT water for the shower!! :))))) I hadn't had hot water for 10 days prior at my other accommodations There's a GYMMMMM - and it's AWESOMEEEEE! The air conditioning was quiet and worked AWESOME! The Cabaña was super clean and comfy

The location of the hotel is indescribable, it is only a few steps from the small, cozy hut to the palm-lined beach. The facility and the bathroom are kept very clean - if requested, the hut was also cleaned during the stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the attached restaurant had a very good selection of mexican food. I would definitely come back!

Quite expensive for a very basic room, there were ants in the bed and the showers were just a drip of cold water. The setting made up for this though

I loved my little cabana. The shared bathroom was very clean, with brilliant hot water, and no-one else seemingly ever in there. Great beachfront location; far enough from the centre to avoid the cruise shippers, but very easy to walk to the centro for restaurants etc. A great option. Staff were lovely too.

The cabana was perfect for me, but I think it would be a struggle for two people with two bags etc

The room was big, very close to the beach, nice beach, good restaurant and good diving center right on the property!

The shower is a bit basic and it’s not easy to wash your hair, we could hear everything from the people upstairs…
