We loved our stay at Pachamama! We had the superior room with sea view (views were magical!) and we felt super safe and comfortable. The host was so friendly and attentive that we felt really cared for, you can see they really care about their place and ensuring that you have the best experience. The room was super clean and there was regular cleaning. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is moments from the beach and it has lots of great places to eat around it.

I moved from the Blue Reef that morning. Booked at Pachamama around 10am and walked there around 11am to see if there was any chance of an early check-in. Micky jumped up and said: “Of course, if the room is ready why make you wait!?” She handed me the keys, I took off to get my stuff. Mikael (not sure if spelling 😅) ran to help with my bags. They were kind, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is very well kept, clean and rooms are nice! I loved the kitty napping in the basket! 😻 My new go-to place going forward. Steps from the beach and close to everything! Highly recommend and will be coming back!

I first walked by because the hotel hosts the cutest clothing and accessories boutique in its lobby; I jumped at the chance to book a stay here. It is truly a boutique hotel, chic and beachy-white, impeccably clean. Most rooms have private patio spaces. The memory foam mattresses are brand new. In conclusion, this property is a rare find in Mahahual and is arguably the most stylish. It is also super conveniently in the center of town, on a cute side street of shops and cafés, steps away from the beach and the bus station. I didn't want to leave.

Lots of rules ! A bit intimidating! Very limited access to drinking water ( one rule was you weren’t allowed to fill a bottle from the drinking fountain. ) no coffee making facilities in the room

Lovely hotel, clean and perfectly located. 2 minutes walk from the beach and to the bus station. Calm at night, nice light coming into the room, AC working well. Also Micky is the sweetest host, she makes you feel at home and has a lovely boutique down stairs. Thank you again, we loved our stay with you!

It was clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was situated in the center and close to the beach. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

the water pressure was almost too low. you could heat the other guests very well if they were talking loudly but it didn’t disturb us much.

Room on the ground floor is very loud as everyone walks past on their way up and restaurant near by.

Furnished with love so that you feel at home with your first step into it. The hospitality was outstanding including Pachamama in the little basket. If you need any advice or local information, just ask.

Roof Top Deck to ourselves was great. Bed was comfy. Very friendly staff. Great location.
