Very clean, organized, and well-kept. Service was exceptional and staff were very professional and addressed inquiries immediately.

Too many marketers that blend among the hotel staff. It was a little tough navigating the lobby or sleeping in the first days as individuals would approach or call our room promoting different programs and add-ons.

The property was absolutely amazing. The room service was free and I didn’t even leave my room to eat half of my meals! The pool and swim up bar were amazing. There’s a beach right outside of the resort with massages, jet skis, and more for an extra price. The food was very high quality for a resort and I would definitely come back again!

The check in process took forever and the language barrier is serious. Beware of scammers even on the resort. I went to a nightclub with a show and it was not worth their over priced tickets. There’s many scammers from the airport to the resort. With the workers, who were amazing, they often leave out important details like reservations for certain aspects of the restaurant or extra charges not listed on the resorts’ app.

Lack of elevators. Unless I just missed them somehow . There is one that goes to rooms on one End of the hall . I did not see one going down to beach level . No problem for me but if you have knee problems it could be an issue

Overall, it was a very nice resort. It's low season so it was quiet but the entertainment team did a good job of engaging visitors that wanted to participate in the events going on.

1. Check in was great until you're handed over to a members only sales pitch for their vacation club. It should be pretty straightforward that you aren't interested after both my husband and I said no. We just finally got up and left the guy talking. I get it's their job to sale but no is a no. 2. Because it's low season, not all the restaurants are open in the evening. They are on a rotation schedule so you have to use the app to figure out where to have dinner for the night. While there they did have 2 outdoor buffets that were really good.

Spacious hotel with a large pool, swim up bar and pool activities (basketball hoops, volleyball net etc.) Good quality food and drinks especially in the Asian restaurant and pool/ beach restaurant Bedroom was large and comfortable with all amenities needed

We visited in August which is off season for Mexico. Although this was great for not having to book restaurant reservations or worry about getting a sunbed we were disappointed that the buffet restaurant was not open at all for lunch and was only open twice a week for dinner. When we did go for dinner at the buffet it was only a small selection of food options (but we do understand that it was off season).

The hotel has several dining options that exceeded our expectations. The Italian restaurant is wonderful. During the day, by the pool, the service is divine. Our stay was made incredible by the exceptional service provided by Rafa, Alejandro, Alejandra, Arturo, Ana Banana, Francisco, and many other staff members who take joy in serving us, always smiling and welcoming. The activities by the pool are very cool and the peaceful atmosphere is perfect. Congratulations on the excellent service.

Absolutely lovely staff, very polite and welcoming. The pool and beach were great and a good selection of drinks, food was good for an all inclusive. The pool area was very nice and relaxing as was the beach. All the staff made our trip amazing.

Not the hotels fault at all, but worth saying you can't walk to any town or anywhere outside the hotel, other than a few mins either way down the beach. so if you wanted to eat or drink elsewhere you'd need to book a cab

We had the best time at this resort. The rooms were so clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. There were many activities to participate in all day. Yuni always made every activity really fun. We loved hanging by the pool and at the beach which a was clean! The water was gorgeous. The spa was so relaxing. Before our massage, we did the hydrotherapy session. It was a really nice complimentary add-on. What made this stay better than other all inclusive resorts was the food! We really thought the food was excellent. We ate at the sushi, hibachi, Italian restaurants while we were there and all were so good. We also ordered room service for breakfast which was such a nice treat. We loved the craft cocktail bar. The coffee shop had the most cheerful and efficient barista.

We all wished there was a small snack bar by the pool.

Not enough choices for activities. The property in front is hardly developed. It would be nice to have more walking paths, gardens, tennis courts, miniature golfing , shuffle board etc. , plus more night shows. The piano or guitar in the lobby was great, but definitely not enough for the whole night to entertain. We enjoyed the Mexican show and the water show.

Food selection and quality of menu. Staff service. Rooms were very good value.
