The rooftop was great. Chilled area with seating and pool and jacuzzi, totally free and can take your own alcohol. Gym was basic but fine, with AC. I slept well in bed each night although it's NOISEY! construction starts before 8am and goes till 11. I was on floor 5 and you can hear ALL sounds in the corridor etc, but it was fine. Room a little small but it did the job and shower etc totally fine. The AEREOCAFE down stairs is cool! Got morning coffee and breakfast HOWEVER behind the library wall they have a secret speakeasy bar. It's super cute, GO! have a mescal old fashioned.

Noise! It's loud as it's an 'open' building down the corridors so all sounds echo - you hear the discos loud and construction work and guests talking etc My room 513b had no privacy. People's balconies at my door , needs a net curtain

Host was excellent and attentive to my requests. Close to 5th Avenue, shopping and ferry to Cozumel, nice view from pool, convenient OXXO at corner and taxis readily available at door. Also liked the cocktail bar just outside the entrance. 1st level room makes coming and going, a breeze!

There is no music at the pool. Pool not open 24hrs, hot tub at pool shuts down while sun is still out! The gym is very basic. They should, at minimum, put in a pull-up/dip station.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the beach, market, farmacy, ADO station. It looked good and the swimming pool is a plus. I had a bad experience when I arrived in a small room with dirty bedsheets, but the staff was very helpful and offered me a flat for the whole time. The flat was very big, fully equipped and the bed was just amazing. Great shower pressure, great internet, polite staff members.

No soundproof at all, I could hear everything from the inside and the outside. The hotel looks very good and you wouldn’t expect having this issue. If you are not a sensitive sleeper, maybe you can rest, but for me it’s wasn’t easy. There is a very small and pretty coffee shop (always with no customers) at the ground floor, that plays unnecessary loud clubbing music until 11pm. At least they should choose some lounge music, that was bothering. My flat was facing the street, just above this loud little place, so very uncomfortable.

One of the most well-designed apartments I've stayed in in playa del Carmen. Having the second bathroom was key. Rooftop amenities were great and we enjoyed them. Location is top notch. Things outside of the control of the apartment is nearby construction, but they were done by 5:00 p.m. everyday. If you want sun in the apartment, look for units facing the airport as the other side of the building faces another large condo building, so the lower apartments do not get sun.

I was surprised to find there was no mattress protector or mattress pad for the bed, and only two small pillows for a king size bed. The rest of the apartment is so upscale and then that type of treatment on the bedding cheapens the experience. For very little money there could be a great improvement in luxury feelings. Also, a couple bottles of water when arriving is always a nice touch, not everyone brings water with them directly..

Perfect location nearby the seaside, ferry, bus station and all you need to explore around. Nice facilities and great rooftop. Communication with the host via booking messages was also smooth.

This is not a hotel, so there is no reception just a security who checks-in everyone arriving. The rest has to be communicated with the manager via messages. We were informed that cleaning of the room will take place on day 4, but this never happened...

We stayed in "luxury Suite with garden view private balcony" this is at the back of the building looking out over a large tree with an angled view of the local airport. It is quiet and away from the road (only a handful of hobby planes/ helicopters come and go in a day). This is a high quality spacious room with a pleasant balcony (including a hanging egg chair) and good quality shower (with hot water!) There are two cooking rings which work well, big fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking equipment (although no kettle or coffee maker). Everything is well presented and high quality. The AC works well. The pool on the roof is fun with a good view (nice at sunset and in the morning). A few things were still being finished or painted while we were there but value for money was very good for the city. It is a very short walk from fifth avenue and Juarez and eight or nine blocks (west) to a large supermarket beside the collectivo vans to Tulum (or the cenotes and rio secreto).

Work was still ongoing on painting and some repairs etc while we were there.

A very modern building. Spacious and secure private apartment. Good location. Comfortable stay. Overall, I would consider staying here again because the building is very beautiful and modern with a great location, but I wanted to be honest about the areas that could be improved, particularly the cleanliness.

Construction started at 9am and lasted throughout the day. Countertops with ring marks and dust in the kitchen and bathroom suggest that they hadn't been attentively cleaned prior to my arrival. Additionally, all of the "white" towels had stains and were dingy. Balcony was quite dusty. A little more attention to detail with the cleaning would be helpful. Pool area is very trendy but quite small, so it was sometimes crowded. No basic kitchen sundries (no coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper) -- these items would have made it easier for me to take advantage of the kitchen, since I was only staying for 2 nights.

Perfect location very central, close to food, shops and playacar beach

Jacuzzi on roof was out of service most days due to maintenance. Wished our patio plunge pool was better maintained , and we had more frequent suite cleaning. Our suite was only cleaned once during our 10 night stay

Stayed here two nights passing through Playa. Clean & comfortable, spacious room with no insects. Nice rooftop pool area with sun loungers and hanging chairs. Easy walking distance from the turistica Ado bus stop and Cozumel ferry - I walked with my two suitcases. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The pool area is nice but quite small/the pool is quite narrow. If there are any children playing there is it hard to get away from the noise. In my room the glass door to the toilet weirdly had a half-inch gap when closed (see pic). Probably not a problem for most, but if you are someone who likes to have privacy when going to the toilet then something to be aware of.

I really liked the location because it is really close to the nearby attractions such as "La Quinta Avenida", ferry to Cozumel, tourist guides, and local restaurants to eat great tacos, all within a walking distance. I liked that the receptionists were friendly and will always tells to enjoy our day.

If I had to mention it, then it will be the bed, my partner mentioned to me that that the bed was not very comfy. But other than that, we have noting bad to say about this place.
