Location is great, very clean and the jungle design makes you feel like you’re right in the heart of the Mexican wilderness

No options for food or any catering at all. Not a deal breaker as we as so close to all cafes and shops. However would be nice to have option for a drink by the pool for example

Amazing hotel, with the amazing service, thank you ladies from the reception!❤️ wonderful location and atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach and next to the 5th Avenue (touristic street, with the shops and restaurants) ADO bus station is located 100-150 metres away from the hotel. Clean and huge rooms, very nice garden, private and clean pool. Terrace with the wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy sunrise views. Stuff is really helpful and nice to all the guests. We enjoyed a lot that time that we spent in the hotel, thank you one more time.

The staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Nely even brought our printed boarding passes to our room. We requested a couple of chairs to be taken to the building terrace, and sure enough, there they were that same afternoon. The room attendant made cute animal towels for us. It was nice to come to our room and find a new piece of towel art and crisp clean sheets.

The shower head right of the cieling. Hard to keep your hair dry if you don't want to wet it.. And remove soap from the lower parts. Some mold on shower doors.

Best hotel, the room was phenomenally clean, the room attendant deserves a raise, as the service was 10/10 and made our experience even better. The rooftop is so nice and you get an amazing view of the ocean, and the fairy lights are a nice touch. Tip for hotel, to add more chairs and tables on rooftop perhaps? As it is an amazing rooftop.

This hotel was a fantastic value. Everything we needed. It is not fancy like the beach resorts, but it was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was nicely furnished, especially for the low price of the hotel. The location was amazing. The coffee in the room, the filtered water, the free use of towels you could take to the beach were all nice touches.

Nothing. I saw other reviewers complain about the WiFi. It was down when we checked in but was fixed the next day and worked well.

There was no breakfast. Our biggest complaint was actually the fact that my husband drank the coffee in the room when we arrived, and they wouldn’t give us an extra pack for the morning, and when we saw the coffee station by the reception in the morning they didn’t allow us to have any.

Accommodating us with coffee would have been a small price to pay to make the stay more enjoyable. We had to park quite a distance away, but we were prepared for this.

The location is wonderful! Easy to get to from the bus station, two steps away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The swimming pool is clean and we had it to ourselves. The room is spacious, with good AC and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. We liked everything about this little hotel and I hope we get to go back one day.

Location of the property is great to visit the beach and the 5th Avenue. The facade transports you to prehispanic times and gardens and nice to relax. Don't forget to start your day with a quick swim in the pool.

I believe that the staff do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, management could also do their best to give proper maintenance to the facilities. Also it would be a plus to provide some advice on where is convenient to park.

Rooms are clean, the personnel is very nice even only few of them know English. The roof is great to see the surroundings and even to spend time in the sun without many people around. The location is very close to what can be called the “center” of Playa, very close to the beach and very close to the ferry for Cozumel Island. Also, very close to ADO bus station. If you want to use the “colectivos”, which are 1/4 the price of ADO bus, they are on Calle 1st Sur (close to Calle 2, where the hotel is) with Av 40 or so.

Even everything is cleaned, the metal of different things in the bathroom is a bit rusty. This might be because of the wet weather common to this place, but with a financial effort could be replaced for a better look.

Really friendly staff, both in the reception and cleaners, they did that little extra. Free filtraited water. Nice garden with turtles swimming in a pound. Close to the beach.

A little bit run down, and the Hotell was really close to the beach, but you had to go out from the hotel to get to the beach.
