The location is amazing, just one block away from the bus station, two blocks away from Cozumel ferry! Honestly such a great location. There’s a laundromat within a block away. The staff was so kind and attentive, specially the guys in the entrance, for the check in and for any questions I’ve got. Please keep it up boys! The property offers towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, including a warm blanket if you’d like for the bed. The window cover was great, I would just recommend to use ear plugs if u need a good night sleep The roof and the pool were cute and clean. I had no people at all, just for me. Clean and cozy!

I stayed in room 2, this room needs a little bit of maintenance. Plus for me everything was working, internet connection was spotty but it worked!! Walls need paint, bathroom sink could use a little love. But so far everything was good, because it was working. The fridge, the hot water, the A/C, doors and keys. All working

The roof top was sadly neglected - broken parasols and not much furniture. there a small plunge pool which was fresh and clean

Can be little busy outside since this is located on a main street with regards to night life. We arrived early and asked if we could store luggage before checking in, but were met with rejection. A little flexibility would be helpful.

The most surprising thing about this place is that, even though in La Quinta, it's super quiet at night. Music stops at 1 am, so I slept like a baby. It's tidy, got a big fridge and a roof terrasse with pool, sea views and BBQ. Loved it.

Great place located close to all the amenities around the area. Easy check in process, allowing customers to check in early (holding your luggage) while you explore the area.

On 5th avenue, 2 blocks from Ferry. Great location. Clean beds. Cold a/c. Decent balcony overlooking 5th avenue.

Checkout is at noon. Place to store luggage for late checkout would be nice.
