Very nice and unique property with a pool and large apartments - good vibe. It’s located about a km off the main road. Host is very nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable.

The road leading to the property was in very bad condition when we arrived - it’s an un paved mud road with big holes. It improved during our stay as a local digger seemed to be doing work on it. Another annoyance is that the road leads to a sewage deposit. This seems to be the main deposit for trucks in the area. This means that the difficult road has almost non-stop heavy traffic from very big trucks - I’m talking every 10 minutes. They’re loud and disrupt the vibe of the hotel a little.

The Villa is awesome it has all the things you need including good A/C and it’s quite spacious. The location is also really nice in the middle of the jungle, in case you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from city noises. The attention from our hosts Tania and Alberto also made us feel at home.

The only negative aspect is not about the property itself, but the road access to it. It is a non paved road with a lot of pot holes, so I recommend people to rent an SUV or any other high vehicle to drive through this road.

Nice appartment in a jungle

There is a gravel road, sometimes with a lot of mad. The problem is if you dont have SUV car, but passanger sedan car its impossible to not scratch it from the bottom due to bumps and potholes in the road. In fact the host inform that the road is bad but the information is after booking. Think that taxi and UBER do not go there due to a bad road.

The place is a paradise. Everything was perfect and Tania the host had the best advise for restaurants and beach clubs. We had a perfect 2 weeks, from which the accessibility of the house is really nice for traveling to beautifull places. Again, just Woaw!

Cachito de Cielo is a truly wonderful place. Set back in the jungle behind Tulum, it's an oasis of melodic nature and wildlife. The whole place has clearly been designed to fit ergonomically with it's natural habitat. The hosts, Alberto and Tania were delightful. Always on hand to help whenever needed, but gave us the required privacy to enjoy each others company. If we ever visit the Rivera Maya again, we'll be sure to return. Thank you.

everything! This is literally a piece of haven on earth! beautiful property and villas! we enjoyed our time very much and hopefully come back soon!

The only thing it could be better is the road, which is not technically part of the property so no blame on them. If they could invest on maintaining the road a little better, it would be like perfection! It was still an adventure tho, and didn’t shy me away from coming back! :)

There is a beautiful heart centered spirit at Cachito de Cielo. The property is a paradise nestled in the jungle with the sounds of nature and beautiful lodges.

everything was amazing, the place, the location, the pool... we had a great time :) you just have to be a little careful when you drive the last kilometer into the jungle, but nothing complicated

The location was remote and away from the touristy beach scene, but only a 5 minute drive. The hosts were very responsive and attended to all our needs and questions. They have created a beautiful oasis in the middle of the jungle that is not to be missed. We wanted food and they offer a local menu of delivery options and have a full kitchen in some of the rooms as well as an outdoor kitchen available by the pool.

Food available for purchase on site would have been great. But it’s so close to town you can easily get whatever you need.

It's really a unique place in the middle of the forest. You can feel the peace and it's really a great place if you are into yoga. :) Host was very helpful and kind. The pool is awesome. Room was clean and cozy.

There are several rooms at this location and we rented the one with the smallest bed. And it was really small for two people, (140cm-s or less) We had a little fight for the blanket and the space in the bed, but if you like to sleep close to each other, it's really an advantage. :)
