Excellent location 10 minutes drive from Chichen Itza so great to get there for opening at 8am. Excellent value. The two swimming pools were large and quiet. We went into Piste to eat dinner but the restaurant we chose there was very average so probably should have eaten at the hotel instead. Breakfasts basic but quick and available from 7am to help with an early departure. Checkout is at 12 so we left our bags in our room while we visited Chichen Itza. We didn't notice any noise from the main road that goes past.

Rooms are dated but at that price who cares!

I liked the little bungalow in the forested area. Whilst we'll equipped they are small. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Bread wad included which eas good as there was only one other or expensive restaurant nearby.

There was not much to do as the water in one of the swimming pools was too low for swimming and the bigger one was out of action. Prices to visit the cenote and the ruins were very expensive. One could only get from Tren Maya by taxi to Doralba Inn. Taxis from Doralba Inn were also expensive. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise.

Location, breakfast eggs included in the price. Although there was only coffee or tea (no other drinks or water) and the food was toast, jam and fried bread. Modest breakfast, but it was included in the price and it was enough to start the morning. Right across the road, the wonderful cenote Ik Kil, a pool and two types, nets for lying on, overall a very nice environment.

there was no hair dryer, the mattress was a bit slouched and had a strange slope - I had to sleep on the second bed because I would roll down here.

The location was ideal: close to Chichen Itza and the cenote Ik kil was literally on the other side of the rode. You can simply put on your swimming suite and walk over there. Thanks to the location we could begin our visit to Chichen Itza early and in the afternoon we went swimming in the cenote. We also liked the "natural pool". The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant where youcan eat or you can take the collectivo to the nearby village where you have more choice.

The hotel is a bit dated but we found it had its charme. We had some ants in the room and after asking at the reception we got some spray against it - the ants died and did not come back. The fact that it is located at the side of the road was not a problem, we slept wel and enjoyed sitting outside and at the pool.

The swimming pool was nice to cool off in and sit around. It’s across the road from Cenote Ik Kil. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but bed was comfortable.

They don’t offer the free shuttle to chichen Itza any more which is a shame. You have to get a taxi 100 pesos one way or the local bus but timings are unreliable. Only WiFi in main areas, didn’t work well in rooms. Not much choice on menu especially for vegetarians.

The swimming pools were nice. Yes pools. Good communication with staff to get us to Chichen Itza and bus to Merida. Limited menu but food was good. 2 for 1 Margaritas was a bonus. Price for room and food were good.

The wi- fi wasn't the best in the rooms however fine on property. Only TV available. But no big deal.

The property is only a 5 minute drive from Chichen Itza, which makes for a perfect one night stay to get into Chichen for opening and beat the crowds. There are 2 pools on the property to stay cool, and the rooms have great A/C. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay again.

They don’t offer any transportation to Chichen Itza, so you’ll have to either wait for a Collectivo or find a taxi. This isn’t too much of a problem, just something to be aware of. Also be aware that you will have to eat at the hotel’s restaurant as there is no other food nearby (unless you have a car).

Room was decent with a reliable shower. Lovely round (shallow - child friendly) pool with good seating options around it. There are regular vans (collectivos) to the Chichen Itza site passing on the road (and returning) and buses to Villadolid and Merida which are easy to hail. It is directly opposite the cenote Ik Kil (which is a good semi-underground pool with diving point). Overall it feels like a relaxed convenient place.

The road is close and quite noisy (with no barrier between it and the Motel. There are no other food options within walking distance so unless you have a car the motel restaurant is the only option and its menu is poor (and not vegetarian or vegan friendly)

We stayed here because it was so close to Chichen Itza, and for this it was peerfect. It is less than a 10 minute drive so it is easy to get there early. The ac in the room worked good and it was a lifesaver in the heat. There were two pools which looked nice, but due to the shortness of our stay we didn’t get a chance to use them. Gorgeous sunset by the pool.

The rooms were humid, which is what you can expect considering the weather, but there were some parts that should really be updated, like parts of wall coming off because of the humidity, and plug sockets barely hanging on. There was limited breakfast choices, especially if you don’t eat meat, and I don’t think there were any vegan options.

The value and location of this stay is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had comfortable beds and even WiFi and television. We had included breakfast that was perfect. The coco bread is amazing. We also had dinner on the property and it was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Breakfast is scheduled in perfect time to eat before the short 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza. This stay perfectly met our needs.
