We got the extra large bed, it was super comfortable and the room was great. Easy check in and great communication via WhatsApp. Receptionists speak varying levels of English but you can definitely get by. The 10-15 min walk to get to the main square was very manageable.

The pool area was very small with nowhere to lie down but good for a quick cool down dip. Room was right next to reception so could hear people talking etc but no loud music or anything that will impact your sleep.

It is in a good location near Calzada de los frailes, San Benardino Convent (for amazing light show at night) and 15 min walk to main square. room was spacious with great shower, coffee maker and fridge. staff cleaning the property very friendly. Tip - when arriving by ADO come the route via Calzada de Los Frailes, it’s so much nicer then walking the main road which we did.

the pool was small and not very inviting as it was quite dirty. please leave the net so guests can clean bits out.

A beautiful property with spacious, clean room and efficient air conditioning. Cute little pool to cool down in. Walking distance from bus station and all main spots. Lovely, friendly staff. Naydelin, the receptionist, was particularly sweet and helpful. Amongst other things, she helped us found a dentist for our child (at very short notice!) and her recommendation was spot on.

Smooth easy checkin process, however no contact with a living person, so you won't be able to ask any questions upon arrival. The place was spotless, the rooms very spatious. There is a safe for valuables. The kitchen on the terrase is also usable. I found it to be in a nice calm location, at the end of the center of Valladolid.

The odor of the cleaning products was toxicly high. As my room was on the bottom floor I did not want to leave the window open when I wans't there. It was almost painful how strong the products smelled at the end of the day. No doubt the place was clean.

This was a no frills hotel and yet was one of my favorite stays ever. The grounds were beautiful and well kept (they were repainting while we were there) and you can tell the owners/employees take great pride in their work. Everyone we spoke with was courteous and very helpful. The room and bathrooms were a good size, comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and the pool was nice and cool; a great respite from the heat. You absolutely cannot beat the location! The Sisal neighborhood is just so charming and you’re just a couple of blocks from both the monastery and Calle de Los Frailes. There are no shortage of food/drink options and not sure if due to the holiday but always something going on in the late afternoon and evening. The value of Casa Sisal certainly cannot be beat.

These are very minor but I would like to be thorough. While the wifi was perfectly fine and usable, you pretty much had to connect and enter the user name and password each time. 2 bottles of water are included in your room but we depleted quickly and could have used a garrafón of water in the common area. Again, not really an issue as there was a little corner store directly across the street.

Very nice and stylish building (pool + rooftop area for chill, incl. kitchen and grill), rooms and location just next to St. Bernardino's church with night projection (don't miss that) and passage to the centre.

It's kind of noisy here, but you get some earplugs to solve the problem.

Loved the style of the rooms. Very comfortable bed and super close to the city center. Very nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Nice stylish accommodation, clean, towels changed every day, coffee maker in the room with always a packet of coffee and tea, a big bonus is the refrigerator in the room.. Too bad the noise from the street was coming into the rooms

Clean shower with shampoo and shower gel provided, hot water! Room had a fridge, tv and working AC, Really all you need for your short stay, room looks like in pictures.

Casa Sisal had everything we needed, comfortable rooms and kitchen facilities when we wanted. The pool was great to cool off in. Traditional style of building was great, lovely terrace with loungers and hammock.The staff were very friendly. Handy shop across the road for basics.
