I loved the location, away from all the hustle and bustle of the noisy city center but still just a few minutes walking to the city center and also close to Sisal neighborhood and San Bernardino ex convent. Very clean, nice place WiFi worked fine most of the time Comfortable bed New stylish apartment I enjoyed the design, room decorations, paintings Cute plunge pool Good energy in there Nice and clean bathroom I felt safe there

Very noisy both during the day and at night. No loud music and parties though which was great but I could hear all the road traffic during the day which made it very difficult to focus for online work and also loud traffic noise made it difficult for me to sleep at night. I really need silence to sleep and even when I closed all the windows and used ear plugs, I could not sleep well. If not for the noise, I'd be very happy with the apartment. I wish wifi worked perfect all the time.

Great location, unbeatable value for money, a really pleasant property with GOOD shower (including the water pressure) - trust me, this is important. Can wholeheartedly recommend it!

It's a self check-in, and the property can just forget to send the details with all the codes. There's no way of getting in without those, so make sure you request and receive them in advance. Otherwise just shout until someone comes out and lets you in :)

Very good looking with a parking in front, good size room and the kitchen was a good extra.

We slept on the top floor and there was no elevator. So carrying the suitcases all the way up was a haul. Also all the noise that came thru the door, because it was on a busy intersection. We heard all the cars in front very well.

Good location, comfty space, toilet ok, nice balcony and small cute pool {more for decoration}. It has a good feeling at the place for resting because its 6 blocks from downtown, Internet was good for texting but not for video.

Bed was massive and comfortable, room was spacious, everything seemed new and up to date. Had a fridge and cooking gear which was great. It was a very good value for the stay

Wifi was a little weak, and it was about a 15 min walk to the center. But none of these things bother me too much.

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Working AC and ceiling fan. Towels and shower cream and shampoo available.

No hot water, it would be nice to have a warm shower when getting home late after a day of activities since the nights can become quite chilly during this time (Winter) even in Mexico.

Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, good linens. Good air conditioning and fan.

It was a bit of a walk to the center. There were a few places to eat nearby, but not as many as if we had been closer. The kitchen wasn't really usable as it only had a hotplate. Water pressure was poor, but that seems to be everywhere.

It's a very nice and quite new apartment. I liked the bed, it's not too soft. You'll have a balcony. There is a Oxxo Store just beside. Very good value for the price.

There is nothing i could complain about. You can here a little the Trafic outside at night,but it was not bothering me at all.

Very good quality, fast reliable Interenet, clean, modern. Could be good place to stop over pon a way to see "Chichen Itza" ruins or Dzitnup+Xkeken cenote or cenote Suytun for example.

The only disadvantage is noise from the steet.

Very spacious, and modern apartment. Sparse but decent kitchen facilities. Very nice looking, very comfortable beds and a great shower!

There were grease on the surfaces in the apartment, probably due to cooking in the. In general the place was clean, but this was annoying!
