We stayed here the last night of our trip. Needed a comfy, quiet room to get good quality sleep before an early drive to Cancun airport. The hotel grounds are lovely and I wish we'd had a chance to swim in the pool or try the breakfast. It was a great night's sleep. The shower is big and they give you plenty of towels. Also the secure parking was convenient.

Never figured out how to get the water hot as opposed to just warm, but that's not abnormal for a hotel in this part of Mexico.

Quiet neighbourhood away from the loud partying centre. This also meant cafes and restaurants nearby were more affordable. Close to the beautiful Playa Esmeralda beach. It is about 3km away from the action but there are Colectivos running regularly to get you into town for M$10 a ride (wish we knew this when we declined a taxi charging us M$400 on our arrival). Spacious room with useful kitchenette. Free supply of drinking water. Secure front of building with key supplied. Staff was available for any needs. Quick check-in. Decent showers. Comfortable firm beds.

WiFi wasn't great but this seems to be a nationwide hotel issue. Care required on slippery tiled floor and stairs leading to the rooms when it has rained.

Our room was directly poolside allowing us to enjoy the beautiful garden-like setting of the pool area—a very serene and peaceful space. The room was nicely decorated though we found the beds to be a little more firm than comfortable. The mini-fridge in the room was helpful. The air conditioning worked very well. Good location and felt very safe.

We stayed at this hotel many times I like it because it’s small and private also the pool is surrounded by plants which I like very much. We ate lunch buffet and it was delicious. This time we stayed in the king suite (room with jacuzzi) and I’m telling you it was worth. I recommend this room without hesitation. We will be back soon! Cheers!

The cocktails price is a little bit high besides that everything was good and I don’t have other complaints.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower......Decoration with style. Restaurant serves good local food. Excelent complementary breakfast with few choiches on working days and buffet on weekends....

You have to wait for a warm water quite a long time......First day i thought it is only cold, but that does not affect my high score for this lovely boutique hotel

Great nice hotel at a good price, great value for the price. It was clean, comfortable, a nice looking hotel, the food was also nice but a bit expensive.

The shower, you have to wait a bit to get hot water.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful.

We weren't planning on using the pool, which was good because we didn't think it was very clean. Next time we would choose a location closer to the centre.

The room was quite spacious along with the bathroom. They also have a free private parking which was very convenient for us. The staff was helpful even though they don’t speak English. This Hotel is located just outside the city centre and it takes 20min to get there.

Happy with everything

The hotel is really nice: rooms are named after cenotes. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The spa bath on the terrace (more a small pool than a jacuzzi) was really good to relax after a long day out exploring. The availability of a private parking at this location was a huge plus! Finally the breakfast was so delicious and the portions were quite big, so good.

Staff were helpful, even calling a taxi for us to get to the cenote. Breakfast was included and freshly made, good choices. Room was very large and had smart TV all set up. Walking distance into the main area.

Unfortunately lots of noise - some from building work happening nearby that started up incredibly early. We also had loud room neighbours! Pool was dirty and full of leaves but could be to do with off-season.
