Comfortable hotel. Offers everything you might need for a regular stay plus nice entertainment (billiard, pool, Netflix, table football, huge library etc). Restaurant is decent. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Proximity to Chichen-itza is super helpful as you get there before the crowds (you need a car though, it is not a walkable distance). It is nicely maintained and offers relax among green plants and colourful flowers after visiting Mayan village.
It is an older hotel and you need to accept it. It was quite loud at evenings as people sit in the restaurant in the patio and all rooms are around so you hear the talks and laughs. Sun beds matteraces are quite smelly and are left in the rain this being unusable. The room set up with two small beds does not allow family to stay together. We had kids in a different room and even though we asked in advance the rooms were not next to each other. Also me and my husband slept in separate beds as it was too tight in one.

The hotel is well located to access Chichén Itza and Ik Kil Cenote, easy to taxi to the sites for MXN 100. The pool was a welcome bonus later in the day to cool off. The rooms are fairly basic and a bit dated, reminded us of Mexico 30 years ago, but clean and everything we needed for one night. The eggs at breakfast were the tastiest we’ve had at a buffet in a while.
Generally the food wasn’t great, lacked flavour and quite basic. A dinner and breakfast ‘meal plan’ was offered which represented value compared to a la carte, not including drinks. Over-priced for what you get, especially compared to the rest of our Mexican trip. But this is expected as there are limited options around the hotel and they can charge what they like as tourists will pay the prices.

The whole property was lovely, decorations exceptional. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very clean and inviting. The restaurant was centrally located next to the pool and inside the courtyard and the food was excellent. Location very close to Chichen Itza and the hotel arranged for a guide so we were able to bypass the entry lines. The room, though small, was adequate with two beds and a good bathroom. The bathroom had a shower chair and grab bars which is great as I am handicapped. Also the hotel had ramps everywhere so I could get around easily.
I use a wheelchair and needed grab bars in the bathroom which the room didn't have.

The property is beautifully designed around the central swimming pool - it really gives a "hacienda" feeling. Staff was very welcoming! We and our friends seemed like the only guests because it was low season. The location is superb and very close to Chichen Itza (+/- 5 minute drive) which enables an early morning visit to Chichen Itza, ahead of the crowds. Very warmly recommended! It is also only 5 minutes away from the famous cenote Ik-Kil.
Nothing, it is a great place to stay!

This hotel is very pretty because it’s built in the style of a hacienda! :) The hotel is not big and there were only a few other guests, so it’s perfect if you want to relax in the quiet, beautiful and historical area of Chichen Itza. We could be at Chichen Itza at the opening time (8AM) because it’s very closeby, so we only had to wait in line for 5 minutes for a ticket. The rooms of the hotel are clean, comfortable and cute. The bathroom and beds are comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice also!
The food of the restaurant in the hotel is fine, but not the best and not too cheap.

Fabulous pool area, and courtyard. Lovely lush location with an authentic Mexican feel. Interesting artworks and artefacts all around the reception and connecting corridors. On-site restaurant had a good selection of food and drink. Reception staff were very kind and helpful.
Rooms need a little updating. Coffee making / TV would have been nice to have. Despite being very close to the Chichen Itza site as the crow flies, we couldn't work out how to walk there directly, and indirectly was over 3km with no pavements. Fortunately we soon discovered the taxis were sensible prices here (100 presos to/from Chichen Itza site, and 100pesos to Ik Kal cenote).

The hotel is very close to Chichen-Itza - just 5 minutes drive from there. The design of the hotel is really great - you kind of get into a hacienda-style building - pretty large (probably the largest compared to other hotels I saw nearby). There is a pretty large pool inside the hotel. The rooms are perfect to spend a night before visiting Chichen-Itza. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite an vast menu, including food for kids and national cuisine, so we did not need to go anywhere after a 2.5 hour drive from Cancun. So, a very good choice if you are visiting Chichen-Itza and would like to get into a truly archeological vibe of those lands. As a recommendation (not a dislike but rather an advise) - if you include the restaurant menu in here and into your website, I think that might persuade more people to choose your hotel. And you are worth it because our dinner at your hotel's restaurant was really great!

The pool was amazing! The staff was really helpful and friendly. They responded to all of our messages quickly and helpfully. Even when we arrived at the Tren Maya station which was a full on construction side in the middle of nowhere, they responded to our message within minutes and booked us a taxi! The service in the restaurant was outstanding! We could tell that the staff was classically trained and we had the best service we have received in Mexico
Nothing, the hotel met our expectations

We liked everything. The people were lovely, they invited us to their NYE tradition of writing down what you don't want to take from the old to the new year and burning it. The rooms were the cleanest we've experienced in Mexico so far and a place to open two suitcases up off the ground which is rare. Styled very well. Restaurant service was great. Pool area was lovely. They had local band Come and play at dinner.
If you like harder beds, this is the place for you.

Close to Chichen Itza. Nice swimming pool. Green surroundings. Maya flair.
It's a shame the old quick walking entrance to the Maya ruins is no longer in person. Though you're just meters away, you have to drive five minutes and pay for parking.
