What an amazing find. We were dubious as we approached the hotel but drove through the gates and were very pleasantly surprised by a lovely big garden, parking area, swimming pool and well appointment rooms. This place is incredible value for money (I think it is new) and everything seemed new and well thought out. Comfortable, huge beds, nice sheets and towels, good bathrooms, sun loungers, and spacious pool deck. We did not have breakfast here but there was a small kitchen area behind reception that looked like you could use it to prepare drinks and snacks. It would be better to have a car as it is a 20-30 minute walk into the center of town. And not very picturesque until you get right close to the central square. But once you get in, WOW. Izamal is gorgeous! Well worth the visit, one night is enough, but you won't regret it!

The room was nice and clean, the bed was big and cozy, and the pool was cute and perfect for chilling. Each of us got two fresh towels. The A/C was working well.

There wasn’t enough hot water for both of us to shower, so we had to wait more than an hour for the water to come back. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor—almost no connection at all

Hotel area (garden and swimming pool) is well looked after, it was not busy. Bottled water in the room and complimentary tea/coffee in the morning made our stay more comfortable. 2 bread shops are nearby. City center, restaurants and main sights are about 20-30 min walk. Safe neighborhood.

Mosquitos in the room and no spray available

Since we arrived there was Mr. José with a friendly smile, he explained all the amenities and guided us to our room. Everything is new, the mattress was extremely comfortable and clean, everything smelled nice and it was tidy. Mr. Jose waits by the gates until 11 pm, then he makes coffee at 6:30 am. We felt welcomed and safe, there was a tranquil and silent atmosphere, and everyone was caring and attentive. Thank you for a fantastic experience, we will definitely return! Gracias!

There’s nothing to dislike

Beautiful property! The grounds were immaculately taken care of. The rooms were spacious with great bathrooms and surprisingly good water pressure and hot water. The pool was huge and super clean. Basically, everything was perfect.

My wife and I didn’t have a car, so we walked about 20 minutes to centro or you can get a 25 peso taxi. I didn’t mind, but if you’re older or not in great shape it could be a problem.

The garden setting and entire area was delightful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The whole place and out room was exceptionally lean. Each one of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The complementary morning coffee was a very appreciated perk. We just wanted to relax for a few days and this place was tranquil and quiet. All around a great place. The TV is a flat screen and the wi-fi was good but it's not a smart tv so if you want Netflix or whatever be sure to bring an HDMI cable to connect from a device to access those services.

As long as you have a vehicle the location is great but it's a little far to walk to Centro, especially if it's a hotter day. We loved the location for it's quiet atmosphere.

We spent 1 night there, in a super nice place with the garden and the pool, in our room (nr 4) the bed was HUGE and comfy, the shower hot and strong and very clean everywhere. So we decided to go back a few days later, we got a different room with more space but smaller bed, bathroom was just as good as before. The staff is very lovely and welcoming! And its great that you have drinking water available and even cooking facilities next to the reception.

There was mould on the wall (like everywhere in the Yucatan) but it would be easy to wash it off with bleach. Its a bit far from the center.

Hidden gem. Beautiful and private getaway. We only stayed one night, but room was very spacious and clean. It rained, so we could not use the pool, but it was very nice. SHared outdoor space was covered and allowed us to spend time with family staying in another room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, the beds spotless and very comfortable. We loved the spacious garden and spending time on the well treated pool. There was free coffee in the morning. We just saw that at checkout, would have been great if we had been told before at check in.

A mini fridge in the room would have been nice.

Everything!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious with a couch to relax, wi fi signal was ecellent, the surroundings of the hotel was beautifully maintained with clean pool and a garden. It's about 15 minutes walk to the city, through safe neighbourhood, a nice walk. And also a lot of parking space!
