The most beautiful and peaceful place!! The staff was amazing and very friendly, gave us our time to relax while offering drinks everytime we sat at the pool. They made sure we had the most amazing space. We enjoyed the three (!) pools and the lovely room with hammock (!). The food and cocktails were very good as well. Would definitely stay here again, no doubt.

Very tranquil location. Clean rooms. Good breakfast and food. If you want to get to know true Mexican history and countryside...this is a good location to do so. Clean pools.

No comments here. It takes a nice trip through the Mexican countryside to get here but that is part of the adventure.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to one of the 5 traditional Mayan houses on the property. Spacious room, large and comfy bed. Big storage and bath areas. Very comfortable rooms! Rooms in the hacienda buildings also looked very spacious. Convenient location just 40 minutes from Mérida and an hour from Chichen Itza. Ake Mayan ruins just 8 minutes away. This is a place to have a rental car. Toured around during our 4 days here but also enjoyed a very relaxing day just on the grounds and at the pool. Nice breakfast options included with the room.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, helpful, friendly and informative. They wanted to please their guests and worked very hard to deliver exceptional hospitality. The family suite was a comfortable size for a family of four. The beds were comfortable as well. We felt that the upkeep of the room was at the highest standards and we loved that it was a bit secluded from the rest of the property. The property was beautiful and well-maintained and had a very peaceful vibe. My husband and I also got massages and were really impressed by the service.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit difficult to manage as the water sprayed outside the shower and soaked the floor.

Everyone & everything was perfection…. Pure bliss! The place is absolutely stunning, breakfast lunch and dinner outstanding. We couldn’t be happier…. We didn’t want to leave!

Staying in the incredible architecture of an historic hacienda. Being in the middle of the forest, surrounded by the peaceful sound of the jungle, with all the confort, a very big room, three swimming pools, a nice staff.
