The pool area is so relaxing and beautiful, big enough for several groups and we enjoyed food and drink service there all day. Stunning layout with gardens all around and animal sanctuary to explore on trails. The food was phenomenal and the service so friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Really a gem we were so pleased to discover. Feel like I had a week getaway in a weekend. We are going back.

Products to use in the spa bath would be appreciated. It is such a nice feature of the room but only found shampoo and soap. Not a complaint but a suggestion for a next level experience.

The service and the facilities were the highlights of my stay. The restaurant is outstanding. It is worth mentioning that the fruits they serve are from the region. Aguas frescas and orange juice are out of this world. I would like to mention the great service from Jose Manuel and Manny from the restaurant, we couldn’t have gotten a better service. Event the Jose Manuel’s playlist at the restaurant was fantastic. I totally recommend staying at this beautiful hacienda.

Absolutely nothing.

The Hacienda is located off the main roads and away from any town. Still the road is in perfect condition. At arrival we had an issue with our booking. The very friendly and helpful receptionist was able to solve the problem. He also spoke fluent English. The room was clean and spacious for three adults (only two double beds). The toilets in the public areas were clean. Breakfast was served at the table with some of the best omelette that we had in a long time.

The coffee was served almost cold and was undrinkable.

A fantastic hotel - huge grounds, very modern room, super clean. The staff was very helpful. We had breakfasts and dinners there the menu was small, but the food was excellent on all counts. It is located between two rural towns, Seye and Acanceh, highly recommended at least driving by the latter (it has a maya pyramid and a church on the same town plaza). The only thing to mention is that it’s far from obvious tourist spots, so you would probably want to rent a car to get there and explore the surrounding area yourself.

It is in a very nice location if you want to be away from everything. They really try to make your stay as nice as possible and are eager to help out.

Because the staff speaks very little English it could help to also have the menu in English, which makes it a lot easier for international travellers It would be good to improve the options of the dinner menu with for example some options that are offered for lunch.

The staff was so accommodating. They made us feel special, like family. The lodging was historic, clean, beautifully decorated and well managed. The grounds are well cared for, the staff goes out of their way to help you with any needs, the animal sanctuary was a pleasant surprise, food was delicious and location was easy to get to. We traveled in a group for a friends birthday and all couples were impressed

it is just an authentic hacienda experience! the standard rooms are very westernly equipped. when we visited we had the entire hacienda just for us!!! though the staff was there and offered some basic dinner and breakfast. it is a great starting point for many trips as cenotes and other cultural heritage sites

Beautiful building and grounds

We were the only individual tourists surrounding by a very large and noisy group on a corporate event so it was an awkward atmosphere. Th hotel is very beautiful but overpriced compared to alternative options in Merida or Valladolid

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful place. Marvelous swimming-pool. We enjoyed the walk in the jungle, and see the animals. We loved the private visit to the main house. Nice to have a welcome cocktail and drinks at the swimming pool. We will certainly come back.
