We liked everything ! Friendly and helpful staff, helping with taxis etc. Clean and very large appartement, we were kindly upgraded without even asking. We had a 2 bedroom large flat with balcony and kitchen (number 11). Modern and very clean. Large TV with impressive selection of channels. Perfect air conditioning system everywhere. 1st floor and lift. Amazing electric blinds which make the night very dark. Very good breakfast with large choice of salty and sweet meals. Very nice indoor pool and Finnish style sauna, the pool has a bubble relaxing area. The pool is small but enough to enjoy and the water was warm and clean. Fitness room accessible too and nicely equipped. My wife could order a massage for the day after (deep tissue 1 hour message for EUR 45), it was a very good one and perfectly executed. In the area with in 6-8 walk several restaurants and Arona supermarket open until late. The whole hotel is very modern and well designed from circa 2018. Good value for money.

One minor inconvenience was that in the living room you could hear the sewage going down from the upper floors (like it happens in some apartment buildings).

We had a wonderful experience! The staff showed great empathy and even let us use the washing machine for free – truly kind people. Always smiling at the reception and very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in Montenegro – a wide and varied selection. The location is excellent, very close to the center, and the room was cozy with a comfortable bed. The gym was quite fine, nice and useful. Highly recommended!

When we arrived, the water in the pool wasn’t warm – more like room temperature. The sauna wasn’t hot either. Maybe if we had contacted the management they would have fixed it, but we didn’t bother.

Breakfast is varied and delicious. There is a coffee machine, desserts and pastries. Jnfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the spa and pool. Thank you for your hospitality and support, Angela. She was very kind and welcoming to us, explained everything in detail, and arranged a transfer to the airport in the morning.

If you need to be in the central part of the city, I then the hotel be far away for you. However, this has its advantages: it is in a residential area, itis quiet, and you can sleep well.

We had fabulous breakfast with local produce. The lady from the kitchen helped us with bags when we were loading them (we had many) to our taxi. She was really lovely. The room was very clean and spotless. AC was on when we came which was very nice catch. They left a cot and with clean bedding for my son, which was helpful. Certainly recommend!

Nothing much. Maybe they could provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, washing up liquid (Fairy) and a sponge - but all these is nice to have. They were really good!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perla! The facilities were excellent – everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, professional, and always available to help. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at, and we’ll be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the gym, which was quite small and could use some improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. As a family, we liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room very much. The staff at the reception and other staff were friendly and helpful, we were very pleased. We were able to park our car in the parking lot for free. The pool and sauna were clean and comfortable. We even extended our stay for 4 more days and were very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Great place to stay, would be perfect for a longer stay as well as it has everything you need, the rooms are more like small apartments. Everything is very clean. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of different items. The staff are very helpful, and there to answer any questions you may have. Location wise, I really enjoyed not being in the city centre, and having a place in a neighbourhood with a lot of cafes to sit and people watch or read a book, and within walking distance of brutalist architecture and the church. Taxis are not expensive and it's very easy to get around from there. Lovely sunset view of the mountains from my room. Would stay again!

The pool and sauna area is great, calm space to relax, although there were a couple of the hydromassage areas that were not working, but not a massive deal

Great staff, from the highly efficient receptionists to the friendly cleaners and restaurant staff... Talking of which the buffet is extensive, fresh and delicious The availability of massage treatments is a bonus as is the pool.

The bedrooms are cramped because the bed is too big for the room! Consequently, it is very difficult to access the wardrobe. The solution is to reduce the width of bedside tables.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, in fact our breakfast cook made us a special cake. The hotel was warm and inviting.

It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly also. We had a lunch pack by the wonderful lady at the reception because we had to leave the hotel at 6am

The pool was too deep 1.7m, made to accommodate only taller people, and the jacuzzi was pushed further to the middle which made it hard to accept. The spa isn’t very flexible couldn’t get a massage booked in.
