We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perla! The facilities were excellent – everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, professional, and always available to help. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at, and we’ll be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the gym, which was quite small and could use some improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect

Great place to stay, would be perfect for a longer stay as well as it has everything you need, the rooms are more like small apartments. Everything is very clean. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of different items. The staff are very helpful, and there to answer any questions you may have. Location wise, I really enjoyed not being in the city centre, and having a place in a neighbourhood with a lot of cafes to sit and people watch or read a book, and within walking distance of brutalist architecture and the church. Taxis are not expensive and it's very easy to get around from there. Lovely sunset view of the mountains from my room. Would stay again!

The pool and sauna area is great, calm space to relax, although there were a couple of the hydromassage areas that were not working, but not a massive deal

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, in fact our breakfast cook made us a special cake. The hotel was warm and inviting.

It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly also. We had a lunch pack by the wonderful lady at the reception because we had to leave the hotel at 6am

The pool was too deep 1.7m, made to accommodate only taller people, and the jacuzzi was pushed further to the middle which made it hard to accept. The spa isn’t very flexible couldn’t get a massage booked in.

Personnel! A young lady was assisting us in each and every question that we had, and even more than that. You don't meet such attitude that often these days, so I'd definitely consider some promotion for her 😁😇 Sorry I don't remember her name, but she was there when we were checking in (Saturday evening at about 5pm) and checking out (12pm on Sunday, October 1st).

I can't really name anything. Maybe some people would say the location is a bit too far from the city centre, but for us it was perfect - just took us about 20min to get there from the airport. So, I can't name anything we didn't like there 😇

Spacious apartment-style rooms, with separate sitting room and kitchenette area - modern, clean and functional. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choice and options. Nearby local (non-touristy, but nonetheless tourist-friendly) restaurants and bars, and several supermarkets within waking distance. I didn't get to try out the swimming leisure pool or other spa-facilities unfortunately. Useful free guest-use of washing-machine/dryer in the laundry room.

Bedroom was rather small - no room to put a suitcase out (other than keeping it inside the wardrobe or laying it on the bed) as there was very little space around the bed. Location was somewhat outside of the centre of Podgorica, necessitating taxis to get anywhere. Small reception space, the hotel lacks a lounge area especially somewhere to spend time with fellow travellers - although the sitting room area within the apartment-style rooms themselves were useful in this regards.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel overall is clean and decent. Breakfast is also excellent - there are many options for vegeterians as well.

However, photos on the platform are quite misleading and taken from really good angles. Room/apartment is very nice, but ventilation is not the best. If you don't open windows it is difficult to breath. Kitchen is very well equiped, but the layout of apartment is really strange. Pool is really tiny and cold, and there is only small sauna - can fit 4 persons if they squeeze. It can hardly be called Spa. Hotel is not bad at all, but price is not realistic for what you get, and they definitely set high expectations with photos and average review grade.

This is a well managed hotel/spa with delightful staff. The spa has a surprisingly large pool for a small hotel. The massage list is extensive and good value for money.

Whilst breakfast served to rooms was appreciated, it was disappointing not to have the full buffet breakfast available. The hot water in our apartment was limited because of the small cylinder. All these are relatively minor issues and would certainly not prevent us from returning.

Great location, modern hotel and most friendly and helpful receptionist Milica, who gave lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

lovely new clean property with excellent t upmarket bedding and furniture and decor and lots of space in the room, also balcony and elevator and great secure off street parking, walking distance to pharmacy’s and supermarket . lovely staff, they went out of their way to help us. and they were very generous with our late check out for a flight . it’s in a quiet area too. we stayed in the city for a month and we think that this is easily the best hotel in the city and the best one montenegro I think.
