Having washing machine will help since it is furnished apartment. Ofcourse there is help with housekeeping who do laundry and deliver for a free but that can can made free for long staying people. Breakfast become so monotonous. Minor changes will help long staying guests. Getting taxi in this area was not that easy

Very homey and the staff were very helpful especially Amin who welcomed us warmly and attended to all our query. we supposed to stay only 1 day but since we enjoyed the room we extended another day, it was challenging as they were fully booked but Amin managed to assist us. Fully secured you feel you are safe since you cannot enter the property without proper access. They have airport pick up contacts that can assist you for airport pick up drop off for a very decent price.

Toilet doesn’t have bidet or hose aside from that everything is perfect. breakfast is decent enough and size of the room is perfect.

the apartments are quiet, of good quality in terms of household equipment, microwave, refrigerator, oven, everything necessary for kitchen problems. personally, I spent my convalescent stay following surgery in good conditions, I was able to cook my dietetic meals, the grocery stores and the big shops are very close and the positioning in the rue des accacias greatly reduces the noise of Casablanca traffic.The staff is very welcoming, helpful and kind.

Up to now nothing to dislike I recommend it

Everything as many mentioned is top notch great world class service Amine Ali at front desk along with Lamia and Zakaria were far and above expectations and deserve all the praise. This staff makes all the efforts to make your stay comfortable they also have a super market in front of the hotel that was very handy if you like good espresso the store in front called We Drinks or We Caffee is a great place overall exceptional stay and recommended for all visitors looking for a quiet clean place thé terrasse also is awesome with its large screen for soccer games events … Please pass along our gratitude to the staff Ali was very helpful on our very early AM flight Amine took care of recommendations etc in and around town… Great staff with an amazing attitude that should be commanded See you soon inchallah

The traffic around the area can be crazy but is l’art if the overall experience lol

room 502 WAS PERFECT FOR MY LIKENESS WITH BALCONY VIEW. Thanks. I will visit again soon. But the price is a little bit of concerns. Because it was a bit high.

I have to call RASHEED and the room service to the attention of the bathroom that the water was flowing all over the floor as the water was not going.

Maybe we should think about adding small irons in the rooms to allow customers to spend a little iron on their clothes

Nice clean Room, really good beds and pillows. Hot water - hot floors in the toilet. Really Nice staf all over the hotel Good breakfast, good location. The Ghandi tram station is close to the hotel. I really cant say anything bad about this hotel.

The apartment was just amazing! I was so surprised, it was beautiful really. Such a comfy apartment, huge, with all you need. Parking available in front of the hotel and in the garage. Breakfast was good. But the best was the staff, they were sooo nice and kind! We even received roses for Valentine’s day which was a very nice touch. I really loved the accommodation and the services.

I was not lucky enough to come to the hotel for family reasons, but I was harassed by a woman who works at the hotel named Hanna. She called me repeatedly from her personal phone to send her flight information to book a taxi for me, even though I had called the hotel and canceled my reservation.
