I booked this trip as a spontaneous getaway, and it was by far one of my favourite short holidays for a long time! This was almost entirely due to how welcoming and kind the hotel staff were, along with its beautiful features and decor and perfect central location. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious and varied each day (fruits, bread, eggs, pancakes, homemade yoghurt, juice and tea/coffee). You can also order food/drinks throughout the day to be added to your tab. I stayed in room 14 it was very spacious, had a huge bath and comfy bed. It was very quiet at night. There were yoga classes in their studio across the street, sadly I didn't have time to try one but next time! There is also a very nice vintage shop attached to the Riad. As a solo traveller, the staff went out of their way to make my stay perfect, showing me around the local area and helping me organise activities. I can't wait to come back and stay for longer :)

I wish I could have stayed longer!

The property exceeded our expectations. We were given early check-in and when we arrived discovered our room had been upgraded. The hosts were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We were happy with everything and would recommend anyone coming to the area for a few days to stay in this property which has everything you need and the location is fantastic close to everything you need, restaurants, cafe's and shopping. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean. The property had multiple seating areas and were also very clean. Breakfast was lovely. It was very easy to find the property which is very close to the Supra tours bus drop off - we caught a bus from Marrakesh. Thank you very much to the wonderful hosts for making our stay memorable. Tip - this area is known to be quite windy and we found it quite cool in comparison to all the other areas we have visited in Morocco. Don't forget to bring a warm jacket.

The reviews said the beds were comfortable but we found them to be a little bit hard and a bit uncomfortable. This is the only thing that has affected our review. Everything else was great!

The interior of the property is just incredible! You feel like a queen staying at this place. It's just gorgeous, loved being in there. The staff was sooo helpful and genuine, they helped orient me in the city, book tours, the works. Location is perfect, close to everything but tucked away a bit to be more quiet, it's on the most beautiful street. I looked forward to breakfast on the terrace every morning. I couldn't recommend this place more.

This old gorgeous Ryad is a bit like an echo chamber, so it can be loud, but that's just part of travel and with ear plugs or a busy day to wear you out it didn't matter :)

I like everything in this hidden riad with the atmosphere so authentic and warm that I can connect with my inner selv. Every time I come to essaouira is to rest my soul and recharge the energy. Thankfully the yoga studio is next to the riad where I can practice yoga everyday during my stay. Try to experience the breakfast at the roof terrace early in the morning and feel the fresh air from the ocean. I am determined to come back here next time. Namaste🧘❤️

I Had an amazing stay at Les Terrasses D’Essaouira🏖️ The yoga classes in the studio were so calming and a perfect start to the day. 🧘‍♀️ Loved the variety of activities offered ,horseback riding along the beach was unforgettable, and the massage and hammam experience was pure bliss. 🐎💆‍♂️ Also, the cooking class was such a fun way to dive into Moroccan cuisine. ✨Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing and enriching getaway! I took some time to.make a decision of where to stay. Terrace was on.my list and I booked a day before arrival. The place is stunning! Hard to present it in pictures, because everything is so spacious. My room was great and light. There are other more darker rooms. But I enjoyed sitting in the common area or on the rooftop anyways! I booked a ride with horses and was taken to a great ranch. Enjoyed it very much and it was special!

The team running the hotel are excellent, super friendly and helpful. Morgan, the manager welcomed me warmly and Younes was just great, going out of his way to be really helpful. The building and decor are absolutely beautiful, and the location in the medina is perfect. Views from the rooftop terrace across the city are stunning. We loved our room which felt both spacious and personal. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at Les Terrasses, and I will certainly return. Thanks to the team for making us so welcome 💛

Centrally located, very pretty riad decor, and very very friendly and helpful staff. Large and pretty terrace. Also good breakfast with eggs, different bread, yoghurt etc.

The rooms are very noisy, I guess nature of a Riad, and quite dark and cold. Probably worse as when we were there it wasn't great weather. But cleaned everyday which was nice. Final thing is, the yoga classes they offer are very expensive !

The property is GORGEOUS! the staff working there are so friendly and helpful. The room was super cute and very comfortable. Honestly, I loved everything about the room.

This won't be a forever thing, but at least when I was there, the hotel is situated right next to an active demolition site. Construction noises start from 8:30am and continue for several hours straight. with the windows closed and my earplugs in, it wasn't a huge problem, but one I feel others should know about so that they come prepared.
