The staff is super friendly and accommodating, nice guys to chat with! The hostel was very quiet, our room was spacious and pretty clean. The beds are comfortable and clean as well. Door locks were just fine ok our room, unlike stated in other reviews. There is a nice roof terrace where the basic breakfast is served and the hostel is conveniently located right by a Souk. There is a kitchen where you can cook and a fridge! The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook easy meals. Overall it's a nice hostel with even nicer staff at a very convenient location and all of that for an amazing price which is hard to beat!

The hostel was a little hard to find depending from where you approach. However, we just called the hostel and someone picked us up and led us to the hostel which was super nice of them!

1,Excellent breakfast, The boss was a handsome boy who bought the fresh breakfast in every morning. Lavish breakfast and juice. 2, It got gas stove and microwaves in kitchen, it was very convenient for cooking.

1,Difficult to find the exactly location. We could not follow the Google map because not correct. Fortunately the handsome boss will come to us and bring us to hostel. 2, Water for shower is not hot enough. 3,It was very cold in January and we did need more blankets. 4,Red light in the room it seems a bit strange

Great place with good location but a bit difficult to find inside the medina. The room was clean and the surrounding area was secured and quiet at night. Staff was very cool and helpful. Check in and check out experience was smooth. Good communication.

The place can be very cold at night. No air condititioner/ enough blanket to cover in winter. Not enough electrical sockets for each bed and lack of locker to store luggage.

The place is quiet and located conveniently near the blue gate and the local market. There is also hot water available in the shower. All things considered, worth it.

The hostel could be more well-lit, everything appeared dim. Some lights didn't work. The hostel was also very quiet, may not be the best place if you like to connect with other travelers. The shower drainage and faucet should be rectified. Also wished the room had a table and chair.

The building is the hidden gem in the old medina.The outside is not great, but when you open the door,it has a picturesque view.The architecture is amazing. It is good for a small break as it is a hostel. It is near the old medina. AYUB Is very friendly and supportive.

The breakfast time is 8:30 to 10pm is very late. As mostly tour group left at 8am.

Excellent attitude by the staff. A young guy called "Ayoub" was an excellent guide, able to communicate in Arabic, French and better English which really helped in making the stay very exceptionally good.

The location. Need more sign post to be able to locate the hostel withing Old Medina - Fez. Google Map update will be a good idea.

Booked the hostel, but got an upgrade to the Moroccan dream hostel. There were more people and the owner was amazingly supportive in any situation. Offered help through taxi, room upgrades, scams and heads ups for any problem. The vibe was very chill and homey. The warm welcome made me rebook the hostel for my return flight. Highly recommend as the owner and staff will fully provide you with anything needed and beyond.

The hospitality and vibe was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The owner and staff truly know about every struggle (solo) travellers face, including scams of stomach problems. They provide comfortable beds and the rooftop shows the medina of fes in a magical way. I’ve stayed at the Moroccan dream hostel as the owner let me switch from downtown Fes to the more busier hostel :) the prices are fair and you’ll feel a very chill vibe.

We had the best time there, because of the comfy room, the view from the rooftop terrace, the breakfast, the excellent location, but most of all, the friendly atmosphere, and the incredible hospitality of the staff. Ayoub (and friends) made us feel like family. We got a lot more than we expected. Five stars for the whole experience.

The staff were amazing. Ayoub was so helpful and friendly and really made our stay so much more comfortable. The beds were comfortable and really clean. The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was huge and was really nice, and the location is perfect- really close to the blue gate and the entrance to the Medina. I really recommend this place 😊
