Goodnight! I have to start to say the persons its to friendliness and availability! We arrived very early and tired from the trip, I was immediately disappointed to realize that it didn't respond to what was in the boking, it didn't have a spa, which was the reason for my chose. Like all hotels, check-in was at noon and not at 7am like described in boking. Even though check-in was only at noon, and they didn't know what was written in the bonking, they were very attentive, we were offered a breakfast when we finished the room was ready, something I wasn't expecting! Always available to help! The hotel is beautiful, we loved the terrace, it has a good view. The room was large and I was enchanted by the bathroom, the most beautiful I've seen! The break fast amazing! The stay was great and the location was very good! We just have a thank you!

The riad is well-placed in a little street just a few metres from the old medina. As soon as the door is closed, all the noise is shut out and it becomes an oasis of calm. The tiled bathroom was wonderful and the bed in the room lovely and firm. The host met me from my taxi to walk me to the property, which was very welcome, and an exceptional start to the weekend. The views from the rooftop aren't amazing but the breakfast of harsha, msemen, melwi, croissant, and more is out of this world and a great start to the day.

The place is very close to the square where the taxies can go. After that it took only a minute or two to get to the Riad. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gentleman there carried my bag to the taxi stop and arranged it to go to the bus station. It was very kind of him. Breakfast was included and it was plenty.

Jawad and family are the ultimate, caring hosts, helping us set up guides and car service. Just a very sweet, friendly guy man who made our stay the best in Morocco. He offered to meet us at the bus station and escorted us by private car to the Riad. This place is beautiful, quiet, and close to the Blue Gate. Great breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view.

Staff were very friendly; provided us with mint tea and biscuits at points during the day and were available to answer questions / manage any requests. Rooms were good sized. Location was right in the centre of a market so it was easy enough to get to many tourist spots.

Finding the riad was slightly difficult as it is down an alleyway off the market - some signs on the market road like other riads would've been useful

The staff is great, they go beyond their means to make you comfortable and they are very helpful.

There was a problem with my room so they send me to another guest house wich was still ok, and the check out supoused to be at 12 but they asked me to leave the room at 11 because they had another guest coming.

Very convenient location on higher Medina, very close to open-air square and a nice easy walk to Jewish District, too. Cheap and good restaurants nearby Hot water and heater for winter nights.

Smelly bathroom that fortunately my bf was able to fix (just needed to turn around the pipe and the problem was solved for ever)

i had a pleasant stay, the riad was beautiful and comfortable. the people of the riad were super friendly and also made sure if everything was ok. i loved the breakfast, always catered to your wishes. due transport difficulties I arrived after midnight in Fes. Jawad of the riad was so friendly to pick me up. He also helped me with finding things in the medina. afterall, a great stay and I’d highly recommend!

Nizar was our host at the Riad and very helpful and friendly. He gave us alot of information on the history and local places to go eat. The stay at the Riad was very nice and will definitly recommend. They also recommended a quad bike hike to the fountain which we really enjoyed.

This riad, situated near the medina entrance, boasts a delightful atmosphere and welcoming family ambiance, complemented by a great breakfast. We appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to store our backpacks after check-out.

The only minor drawback was a faint, nearly imperceptible mold scent in our ground-floor room, possibly unavoidable without windows.
