It was really comfortable and I feel thankful to staff that they provided a heater in the room, because I was sick. We had a perfect parking spot. Everything was great.

I am pretty sure if I would ask, I could get everything from the staff, to make our stay comfortable. But I didn’t ask and there were no kettle for tea and no cups, but I asked for the glasses and it was provided.

The staff were amazing - always so ready to help! The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. The windows blocked out all the light. It is very very close to the Medina. We did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Wifi was great.

It is very loud - you can hear outside and the neighbouring rooms like it is in your room. If you are a light sleeper it might be hard to sleep here.

The lady at the counter (Rita) was really nice, helpful and pragmatic. We had to go to the airport early and couldn't enjoy the breakfast. But she offered to prepare us a lunch pack the night before so we could take it with us. When we asked someone from reception about it, he said that it was not possible to have breakfast other than the included buffet. We got it from her anyway. But that's exactly what makes the difference and without her our rating wouldn't be as good. We felt welcome. The location is great and it's not too noisy. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We can recommend it.

basic, good price. great location right outside the city walls, parking right in front of the door (although on the street), perfect for a night's stay, even though in a busy area, pretty quiet at night

the coffee at breakfast is nothing to write home about, but there is a cafe right next door and again, for the price we paid, still alright

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so friendly and so much fun. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and there is a restaurant right next door , Cinema Cafe , the food was top notch. I highly recommend The Blue Sky Hotel

There was nothing I did not like, everything was perfect!

This is a gem, on the border of the old town, modern hotel (not Riad) with all facilities. Note this is not a busy shopping area like typical Riads. Food options are plenty, pickup for tours just around the corner from Batha roundabout. Medina and all attractions short 5-10 min walk. Manager Ismail working reception was super helpful and fixed any issues with the room. Great breakfast, served early if leaving for a tour.

Nothing, leave keys with reception for cleaning.

It is located at the entrance to the medina, very easy to access and you can walk there, it turns out that it is possible to do most of the walks on foot or if you want to see more like the ceramics, carpets or leather dyes you will need to take a taxi "dunk".

During the tour with the guide I was taken to several incredible places, but the impression is that I have to buy something at each stop and people outside the hotel do not speak English, I recommend that you know a basic of French.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location just outside the medina with cafes, bank machines, and shops close by. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food. Hotel also offers transportation, hammam service etc. For a fee.

Toilet seat needed replacing but was not a big deal.

It was near the old city, medinas...3 minutes walk, the rooms were cozy, so we returned in our last night, stuff was very friendly, the breakfast was ok. One room is turned on the street with its windows, so it was a bit loud in the evening.

Location is good, only 5 minutes walk from Blue gate. It’s convenient. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Shower doesn’t have curtain, when you have shower, water get everywhere.
