The riad was large and beaitiful. The hospitality was exceptional and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was large and delicious. I occupied room 4 which had 2 rooms and a private terrace which made great viewing at sunrise. The small pool was a great addition that was appreciated in high temperatures. The plants and the resident turtles made the riad feel tropical at breakfast. The location was great, a few minutes walk to the medina and taxi stand I look forward to returning on my next visit.

I loved everything

We had an amazing stay at this property! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. At one point, we bumped into a staff member in the street, and they kindly stopped to ask if we needed any assistance or recommendations. On the day of our early check-out, they surprised us by offering to prepare a takeaway breakfast so we could enjoy it on the bus – such a thoughtful gesture! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, the hospitality here made our trip truly memorable.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great! the wifi worked and the oasis of the riad was a lovely way to decompress after fez. The pool was refreshing (however i didn't like the changing led lights) and is near taxis and great restaurants. I would stay again here but my experience made it lose a star due to the organisation of walking tour.

We organised a walking tour throught the Riad as they advised they knew someone. This turned out to be a shopping tour in which we had to pay a taxi driver 300 Dirham (75 euros) for maybe 3 stops over 25 minutes which is ridiculous. Then the tour was 400 (100) dirham for 3 people for 5ish hours. This was not a walking tour, essentially we learnt nothing about Fez and were simply lead to stores to buy things and when we didn't tip the "people" showing us inside their attitudes changed. The laundry service lost my favourite dress and stained my pants.

The classic Riad design of the house with is beautiful open patio and its decor . We had a very big room overlooking the patio where we had breakfast . The location is very convenient.

The service needs to be improved, the staff talk too loud so you can hear them if you stay in the Riad during the day. We missed the homemade preserves and egg we were offered everywhere in Morroco for breakfast.The manager did everything he could to to please is .

Everything was absolutely amazing! First of all, the host Brahim did his best to make my stay unforgettable! He was very kind and super hospitable and he helped me in everything I needed (ex. Order a taxi, print my boarding pass, book a hamma-massage slot, suggest places to visit, prepare a tea for me etc). My room had a view in the beautiful garden and was super luxurious and clean! The property is beautifully decorated with the moroccan style, full of green plants! It felt like being in a small paradise!! The terrace is lovely, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Fes old medina! The location is perfect as is very close to the main entrance to Medina and it is very easy to find it without getting lost. The breakfast was very rich, including traditional pancakes and other delicious stuff! Also, I had dinner at the riad, prepared by the chef Hagar, which was literally the best beef tangine I had during my stay in Morocco!! On my last day of stay I used the swimming pool and the hammam/ massage facilities of the riad and it was the best way to close my stay in Morocco! I would definitely return back!!

We enjoyed our the entire Riad. We loved having the ground floor room off the atrium. We also liked going up to the terrace on the evenings to enjoy the view of the Medina. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We ate dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good. The included breakfast was also very nice. Our host was extremely helpful with advice about the Medina. He set up a guided tour for us that was wonderful. He also provided us with a map that was most helpful! I also took advantage of the spa services. I treated myself to a hamman and massage. It was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed this Riad and would definitely book it again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that guests could smoke in the atrium. I absolutely despise cigarette smoke and would prefer they smoke on the terrace or outside the Riad.

The property was really beautiful, rooms were huge and the reception area was very cozy. The breakfast was excellent! Staff were really kind. I had the best massage ever (I think the masseuse’s name was Emile, definitely ask for her!!!!)

The room had a few issues, our tap was broken (however they got it fixed almost immediately). The flush was also kind of broken and would get stuck often. The hammam was below average and not worth the money at all.

I was truly captivated by the charm of the Moroccan riad I visited. The delicate tilework, stunning courtyards, and traditional details create a unique sense of warmth and authenticity. It felt like stepping back in time while enjoying modern comforts—a perfect balance that made the experience unforgettable.

The property is really beautiful , honestly magnificent so colourful and bright. The staff is amazing! We were offered a better room with a private terrace at the same price 😍 we were also welcomed with some tea and cookies when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The staff was always there for us if we needed anything. We had to leave early and to go on a tour and they prepared breakfast for us to take with us which was so kind and the same when we were leaving early for the airport, they also offered to print our boarding passes we didn’t even know we had to print them so without them we wouldn’t have been going anywhere 😂 on the day of our departure to the airport the rain came so one of the guys walked 10 minutes with us with an umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet, I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Fes ❤️❤️

Absolutely nothing everything was amazing

Beautiful space. I loved the trees and the inner courtyard. They were very accommodating; placing me in a very spacious room. AC was excellent as was the water pressure.

The pool did not appear clean. I asked about this and they said it would be cleaned and never was. I had paid a little more than usual to have a place with a pool and then did not feel comfortable getting in.
