Beautiful Riad in a convenient location off a Main Street on the edge of the Medina with a lovely owner. She will help you book a day trip, a guide, massages, dinner, and other additional services if you desire. We ran out of time to take advantage of anything more than a day trip to Volubilis and Meknes. The inside courtyard and the room was beautiful decorated with elaborate designs throughout. Our suite was spacious and quiet. If you can’t handle stairs consider something on the ground floor. Our bathroom was located upstairs in our private suite that I found charming with a second toilet just a few steps up which made quick trips easy.

Riad Tizwa is a gem! This little pocket of serenity is not only beautiful, it quickly becomes home. The team are excellent & happy to help with anything you need, always with a genuine smile. I love a Moroccan breakfast & at Tizwa the Msemmen is warm with honey, the egg omelettes are perfect & the fruit salad delectable. Take tea on the terrace as the evening call to prayer echoes around town. The room was gorgeous and quiet. The courtyard and salon comfortable for conversation or reading. I will definitely be back!

Staff are amazing - so helpful and keen to exceed expectations. They are very well trained and the manageress in particular had great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Breakfasts are good and there is a great willingness to make you feel at home. Comfortable beds.

Our room - number 4 - was very spacious and private but it is up 50 steps ... you may want to check which room you have been allocated if steps would be a problem for you. This is not a luxury riad - but then the price reflects that. We thought laundry drying on the top terrace was good on environmental grounds but a bit off-putting if you wanted to sit out on the terrace between sight-seeing.

Mariam, Ayoub, and Mohammed were incredibly accommodating during our stay and offered plentiful advice and suggestions during our time in Fez. We can’t thank them enough. The Riad is in a great location only a short walk from the Blue Gate— a great landmark if you get lost or need to meet a tour guide. We chose the smallest room with en-suite bathroom which was perfect for our short stay, but a bigger room might be more comfortable if you’re planning to stay longer. The breakfast spread was diverse and solid— breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal, omelette, coffee, milk, orange juice. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with incredibly helpful hosts, this is the place.

We absolutely loved this riad in Fes. It is in the middle of the action, but is so peaceful. The design of the rooms is simple and stylish. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well fitted out. We had our breakfast on the rooftop terrace, which was lovely. The breakfast had more choice than at other riads we have stayed at. Merieme was the font of all knowledge, giving us excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. Other staff were lovely too.

This was our favorite place that we stayed during our trip to Morocco! The rooms were spacious with a nice bathtub and hamam products, the manager/staff (Merieme, Ayoub, Mahmoud) were all so helpful and accommodating, the breakfast (which included eggs and fresh yogurt / fruit everyday) was great, there was a nice rooftop where we had our breakfast in the morning, and the riad was centrally located to the marketplace and city gardens! We would highly recommend this place.

What a find! We couldn't have been happier! From the minute we stepped inside this magnificent, authentic riad, we knew we had found our home in the Fes medina. Our own little oasis, away from the hustle and bustle and heat. It was in the perfect location and our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Merieme and staff made us feel welcome, were responsive, approachable and couldn't do enough for us. We highly recommend this riad! 10/10

Its location is great, right at the beggining of the Medina, which makes it easier (and cozier) to get there. Also, if you are planning on doing any day tours to other places, the usual meeting point is really nearby the Riad, which is great. Also, the staff is amazing and will make sure everything in your stay is of your liking. You can also expect a nice breakfast. To top it, it has a really cozy terrace, perfect to enjoy an afternoon / evening tea.

The air conditioner, although an essential asset and working perfectly, may be a little noisy (not too much though, it didn’t prevent us from sleeping)

Very nicely designed Riad, with attention to the details. Great location, not too deep in the Medina, so you can easily explore different parts of the city. The manager of the Riad Mariame is veeeery welcoming and make your stay stress free and enjoyable, we did feel like home. Breakfast is traditional and very tasty, can be served at the terrace. Mariame organized us the private tour with the very nice guide in the Medina, all the taxis and recommended lots of places to eat. Good value for money. We definitely come back to this lovely place!

I would recommend it to you guys. First, about location: keep in mind to choose a place near Bab Boujloud, it's very easy to access the Fes medina but super convenient because car can stop just 20m away from the riad. Don't stay inside the medina that would be risky sometimes. The riad is so so beautiful and over-expected, room is so comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is generous and we are really enjoy orange juice and the famous mint tea. Thanks to hotel manager and the housekeepers who are very friendly and nice.
