We were greeted by Mehdi who was very polite and helpful during the whole stay there. The other members of the staff too, a lady and another gentlemen who arranged our taxi back to the airport. The location and the place itself are superb really - at the very top of the Medina making easy to visit the city. You won't need to carry your luggage very far from where the taxi drops you. No noise around, good sleep. The hotel is very silent and breakfast in the terrace is a must! :) I would stay with them again, no doubt! :)

I would just change the towels, they are a bit used. Maybe leave a sign for "No Smoking" in the terrace during breakfast time.

Absolutely gorgeous place to say - the foyer itself is amazing! Everything is exactly how it looks in the photos - including how lush the beds are! Breakfast was simple but very lovingly prepared each morning by the older gentleman working here - we felt so special. The location is also very convenient, but the property itself was a little bit tricky to find.

The lighting in the room wasn't great, and when we first arrived it was freezing because the heater wasn't working (this was sorted out eventually). It was a bit awkward having breakfast in the foyer each morning but still ok, because I think we were the only ones there (we travelled in December, so not many tourists around - definitely not a reflection of this accommodation itself!)

Breakfast was excellent, typical Moroccan. The staff was very professional and guided us to several key points in the medina, without asking us for tips. Also, the riad was very quiet and clean, which was helpful for us since we had a baby. The room was perfect. The interior is staggering and very well maintained.

Despite booking a baby crib in our room, the riad didn't have one. However, we managed to get through it and it wasn't a big con.

It is a charming house in the old medina. Very clean, decorated in the traditional Morocco style. I was surprised that windows look to the hall, but this is the style of local houses I guess. A nice rooftop place for breakfast and hanging out. Good breakfast. Special thanks to our host, Mohamed. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends.

We did not have a hairdryer, also an iron and an iron board, though the latter were absent in the others two hotels we stayed in Morocco.

-Top location direct near Blue Gate and at the beginning of Medina. -Quiet and beautiful Riad -Parking/ Underground garage 2 min from the Riad -Very very nice and friendly crew. They went with us to the garage, showed us where to go to eat and gave us a lot of information! -Very good breakfast at the roof terrasse

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The stuff was very nice and showed us all the things we could possibly do in Fes. The guy who was at the rezeption when we arrived even drew us a whole plan so we could find our way threw the Medina.The breakfast at the rooftop was very good too!

The smell in our room took a bit to get used to it. But we had that problem in other hotels in Marocco too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yazeen and Muhammed were very cheerful and helpful. We were providing mint tea when we arrived, in a very nice welcoming ceremony. The location was perfect, just inside the old Medina. We came with two bicycles and they found room to store them securely. And the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and the view, spectacular!

The hotel location is very close to the Main Street which is easy to find after parked car. 5 mins to the blue gate and 15 mins to the royal palace. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very friendly and welcome. Muhammad welcomed us with a great smile and offered Moroccan tea. The next morning, we had our breakfast at the rooftop. we booked a local tour guide for half day from hotel recommendation. Hamza who is another hotel staff also helped us on the 2nd day a lot when we need more tea during the day and breakfast to go.

The location is super central and the Staff was very welcoming and helpful!💗 Mohamed and Soukaina arranged for us the Pick up and a daily trip at the Blue City. We could not ask for better! 💗☀️ Last but not least the amazing breakfast in the roortop. Unforgettable experience. Thank you🌷💗
