Next to the Blue Gate in the medina it has a great location. Our room was big and with a comfortable bed. Good shower. Lovely roof terrace. Good and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. We checked out well before breakfast time but they prepared a take-away breakfast for us in advance.

It would be nice if the room has a water cooker, especially because the picture of the room on Booking showed it has.

The riad is nice, the staff are lovely and friendly, and the restaurant is very good. The beds are very comfortable too! They were kind enough to pack us breakfast on our last day, since we had to leave before breakfast time. Really thoughtful!

The only downside was the cleanliness—it wasn’t dirty, but it could have been cleaner. A major issue was the very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which spread throughout the entire room since they were connected. I had to ask for some natural air freshener and candles to help mask the odor for a bit.

I was utterly captivated by this hotel, a rare gem that seamlessly blends cozy comfort with luxurious indulgence! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and sophistication. The spacious interior boasted authentic furnishings that added a touch of character and charm, while the beds provided a haven of comfort after a long day of exploration. The staff, with their attentive service and genuine hospitality, left a lasting impression on me. They graciously attended to all my inquiries about the city and went above and beyond to fulfill every request with a smile. The breakfast, which was a good traditional Moroccan breakfast, was served in the hotel's restaurant, offering nice views of the old city that added an extra layer of magic to the meal. And the location couldn't have been more perfect, situated right on the edge of the old city, allowing me to embark on my adventures the moment I stepped outside the door.

Above all, the kindness and professionalism of the hostesses and everyone working in the Riad . We always felt welcome and we were treated like family❣️The location is great and we enjoyed a lot their breakfast with local food , fresh orange juices and a magical coffee ! We also had our diner there every evening of our stay except one time.

The visits with the guides .

We arrived at the Raid only to have no staff at the desk. Waited 20 mins before a community member called for the receptionist who then came to do check in. Underground parking for 30 MAD/night was a 5 min walk which was nice. Room itself was clean and very spacious, just a tad chilly. Bed was comfortable & towels were extremely soft. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very kind, particularly Rabia who played with our baby each morning. Location of the Raid was great, walking distance from everything. Overall had more of a hostel vibe than a Raid. Would stay here again.

This beautiful Riad was quite the find! It has amazing possession and is located by the road for easy pick up and drop off. Siham, the manager, treated us like family and was very helpful with everything we needed. The Riad has 6 rooms designed in the traditional mosaic tiles and by the end of 2024, it would already have a swimming pool. We couldn't stop taking pictures of the courtyard with fountains, the inner dining room, the facade of windows, etc. We pre-booked a dinner for our arrival date and wow, it was plentiful and yummy! Tip: Riads and restaurants do not sell alcohol, but you're welcome to bring wine without corkage fee

Good location, very near the Blue Gate and to start exploring the labyrinths of Fes medina. Staff was nice and helpful. Special thanks for preparing an early breakfast.

The bathroom wall looked uncleaned, not enough toiletries were provided. The headboard of the bed was falling apart and supported the lamps that were also falling off. One socket on the wall hanging out the wall. Rusty hangers in the wardrobe. Photos of the property are outdated.

It was right at the entrance of the Medina, but not in the center, so not as overwhelming if you’re not used to it. The rooms were stunning, large, traditionally decorated, were a family of 5 and it easy fit us and all our bags. The terrace had an amazing view, sunrise and sunset are a must. The hospitality was excellent, loved the food, the Lamb Tajine was our favorite and the breakfast is so generous. They were great with our kids, would recommend to anyone visiting Fes.

Close to Blue Gate. For any first time travellers to Morocco and Fez, and who wants to stay in the Medina, this is perfect. It's a short walk from the Blue Gate, so you don't have to go far into the Medina, which can be quite an experience for your first time! The room was perfect: big and clean. The interior and lounge was beautiful, exactly what you want from staying in a Riad!

Nothing!

Great location, brilliant staff, no problem to arrange early breakfast, only negative was lots of noise from visitors to the restaurant pounding up and down the stairs or just coming in to take selfies, may be an idea to make visitors aware that they do have guests staying.
