The building is located in a very small street, part of the medina i can say, but the personnel was amazing. They always helped us without any complaining which i appreciate the most! They are trying their best to keep it cleanand i can say for the money, the value everything was amazing and i don’t have any complaining except that there are not many outlets to charge your phones but still we managed it. I would definitely rebook and be back there

Lovely old hotel in between the New City and Old Medina, great location. It's clean, charming and rustic, but very basic , but what do you expect for this price. The couple who are running the place were very welcoming. You walk straight out of the door into the middle old city

Hotel Glacier was incredible. For a budget hotel in a popular city such as Fes, you get what you pay for at Hotel Glacier. The shower at the ground floor was a bit annoying, but you cannot complain because the price is very cheap. It is also located close to the medina's of Fes where the main tourist part is. It is about a 20 minute walk. Right outside the hotel is a long strip of market stalls selling pretty much everything. The old couple that work there were the highlight of my trip. Even though I didn't speak French or Arabic, they were very accomodating and the nicest people I have ever met. They truly went above and beyond to greet us and make us feel at home. I cannot recommend Hotel Glacier enough

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

The lady at the front desk can speak English and The male staff are also very welcoming and polite although they are old. The bed in the single room is very cosy, I think the mattress is excellent. it has a nice view of the Jewish cemetery, very close to the royal palace.

I have visited decades of countries, but this is the first time that the receptionist took pictures of my passport and asked me to fill out a form and then report it to the police. It is so strange.

Location is great. The staff are really kind and helpful. The WIFI was better than most of the the places I satyed in. If you are looking for something within a budget then it is the right place for you. I felt the warmth more than staying in 3 or 5 Star hotel, personal experience!

No toilet paper Shower should be better

The staff, so kind, sweet, and caring. The late check-in was a lifesaver, and the view from the terrace was quite spectacular. The location was conveniently close to the train station (but if you want the full action/busyness of the medina, it's a long walk)

I think they were renovating the place (room by room or part by part), so the areas that hadn't been touched up looked a little simple, cold, or barron. I would imagine the whole place will be nice by 2024

The hotel was in a good location next to the royal palace, shops and amenities and was close to the train station and centre. When I checked in I was greeted by this nice elderly couple who were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic but it was clean and the bed was comfy. There was a toilet and sink located on the landing outside the room. It was very basic accommodation but for the price I really liked it.

Really lovely hosts. The gentleman shared tea and advice with me on the roof terrace at sunset. It is in a small Medina 10 minutes from the main Medina... Great value...if you understand this level of accommodation you will be very happy. I love supporting local hotels like this. The south facing rooms have excellent views, as does the roof terrace.

Located right next to the Medina and royal palace. And there was a parking lot within 2-3mins walking distance for 20 dirhams per night. For the price, the hygiene and facility were fine

I wouldn’t expect much for the price, but it was pretty fine in general.

The hotel was in a good location next to the palace and the staff are very friendly. Although there was a language barrier, I felt very welcome and accommodated. The room also had a balcony which was nice to sit on.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning, however the room was still comfortable to stay in
