The hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of local and international options, and the breakfast buffet was especially enjoyable. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing—perfect for cooling off after a warm day in Fès. I also loved the well-kept garden, which added a peaceful, green touch to the surroundings.

Nothing major. A few more sun loungers by the pool would have been appreciated during peak hours.

My hotel was close to Train station so it was super easy to head out as you have Taxi people waiting for you to go places at affordable places. I felt safe. Air conditioning was working Clean room and breakfast area was nice and we had good options for breakfast Staff were polite and friendly Swimming pool at rear also pool facility You can't go wrong with this hotel

The room telephone didn't have any contact so I didn't know what to press for reception and also I have been messaging IBIS a few times on booking.com however ai didn't get response which wasn't a good thing however it is ideal location and overall a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. It’s right next to the train center. The staff was so lovely and so helpful. The room was stunning. I ordered room service and it was top notch. My check out was at noon but my train didn’t depart until 9pm. The staff took care of my bags, graciously let me hang out and read in the lobby. I was offered and served tea multiple times. The doorman was attentive and helpful. The server that bright my food to the room was so kind. It was a wonderful experience. The next time I’m in Morocco I will honestly make a point to visit Oudja to stay here.

They are working on it, but it really needs some renovation The door jams were nearly gone and the elevator was a little scary. We learned to wait for the second bump upon “landing”. We never did find out about food but when asked we found out about breakfast time

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis, they have a nice large pool to enjoy some swimming after a long day of walking around Fes. The room was clean, bright and just what we needed. Reception staff were friendly and nice. Ibis is situated right near the train station which is convenient if you are travelling further by train, there also is a taxi stand right outside the hotel and also free parking if you were to rent a car. It was all so convenient for us!

It was our first time to Morocco, The continental spread for breakfast was good, but all carbs, and only boiled eggs, we were not told that we could request to get fried/scrambed eggs or omlette for breakfast, until our last breakfast where we saw another table who had fried eggs. Really annoyed we werent informed we could request this.

Great location, it saves one hassle to book taxi to go to rail station you can literally walk, could see pool from room. Another room had a view to the far away medina. Also many cheap restaurants and convenient stores nearby and you can order food also by online apps.

It’s a classic western style hotel, good if you need a break from the riads :) Basic and functioning, buffet breakfast, with good location.

Parking outside 50DH charged by the hotel guard for three nights, so not exactly free parking.

The view was great and the staff were really friendly it's really relaxing you can enjoy the pool and also the location of the hotel was near to everything.

The floor was a bit dirty and there was just two medium towels and also there was no shampoo.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Everything was in good working order. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for the train station and new city of Fes. Private and secure parking for motorcycles. Good choice for breakfast.

convenient location right next to the station. the grounds are lovely but just make sure you ask for a pool view. the other view is nothing special. please note the medina is a taxi ride away and the local cabs will try to charge 50dh which should be 10dh.

can be noisy especially when the petit cab drivers in the station square start using their horns to communicate! hotel has seen better days and could do with a refurb.
